I reached out to Raul for furniture removal from a second floor bedroom. Discussion regarding price and scheduling was clear, there were texted updates as we went along. In spite of very heavy furniture and a small entry way, there was no damage to walls or floors. They did a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Great communication and service. Removed appliances from a condo. Was able to get a firm, fixed price before they showed up by sending photos and describing access. This was key for me as condo is owned by estate and I live hundreds of miles away. They met a neighbor at scheduled time and were in and out very quickly. Very professional. I recently moved to VA from CT and had some old furniture that needed to be junked. I called Connecticut Junk Removal and they assisted me right away. They were very responsive and gave me a great quote. They gave a window of when they’d arrive to collect the junk and they were true to their word. It took them only minutes to remove everything. I'm very satisfied with my experience using CT Junk Removal. After clearing out my garage I simply sent them a picture of what was to be hauled away, got a quote, and they came and picked it up from my driveway. Raul was on point in every detail, from the quote, to the arrival time, to the amount of time to complete the job. He and his crew were extremely professional, careful and efficient. Watching them clear out the office space was very impressive. What I thought would take a few hours, they knocked out in one. It was really something to see. The crew that removed our hot tub was extremely professional. They arrived on time and fully prepared for the project. They provided me with a thorough explanation of the steps.
