I am very highly impressed with this company's customer service and technical service. In a boneheaded move, I let my scum sifter get sucked into the filter housing - where it promptly melted onto the heating element. The appointment setup was friendly, billing details transparent and honest, and the service technician was thorough, efficient, and while working on the problem took the time to teach me, a newbie, some "hot tub 101". They'll need to come back to install a new heat pump (sigh, I am so mad at myself), and we will then engage them for regular maintenance. Highly recommend.

We purchased our hob tub just over a year ago from Hot Tub Discounts and couldn't be happier. Everyone from sales purchase to delivery and setup to ordering chemicals it has been a great experience. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Hot Tub Discounts. Mark in sales, Shelly in coordination, Jason in delivery and Karl for walkthrough training. Not a single one of them missed a beat, kept me informed of the process. Made the purchase and delivery a breeze, they even took away our old tub! Karl was very thorough making sure the tub was working well for us and we understood the maintenance. If you’re looking for a one stop shop with quality customer service you found the place! Jason did an awesome job of delivery and set up of our new hot tub. He’s very knowledgeable of the product and was patient with us as new hot tub owners which in turn left us confident in this company’s ability so far to help us navigate the ins and outs as we learn what we’ll need to do moving forward.

Excellent selection, service, and a great price. We knew, within a few minutes of speaking with Shelly, that we found our home for all spa/hottub needs. Shelly is patient, understanding, she listened to us, and helped make a perfect choice. Like shopping for a Christmas tree - there is only one that’s perfect! (LoL)Karl and Kyle did arrived for delivery, which was well planned out, informative, and timely. A folllow-up visit couple weeks later was super helpful as well - we requested Karl again - he is our ‘go-to’ for any maintenance visits from here on.As of today - it’s been two months - we use our Platinum Spa 3-4 times a week - and love every moment.PS Why did we wait so long to get one, anyways….

From the low pressured purchase, to the earlier than promised delivery to the set up and then 1 month follow up(included with purchase) I found the entire experience with Hot Tub discounts to be 5 star. I have been a hot tub owner and user for the last 20 years and I would recommend HTD LLC to any and all that might ask.
