FAST SERVICE! Went in for emissions testing, probably less than 10 minutes between me pulling into the parking lot, then doing the test, and me leaving.

Went In asked if they had time to do emissions , the rather large dude in back said they do if I have 200 cash. I was a bit shocked so confirmed I heard correct and he confirmed. Family has been bringing cars for years for 20 bucks idk why he thought he could charge me 180 extra

Very disrespectful. I called for tow service through my car insurance. The driver pulled up in front of my vehicle. He looked in my face and say in the truck for 2 minutes. Next thing I know he speeds off. I call the company and they tell me he that he said I had 3 flats. This was clearly a lie. My front two tires were flat. I told the person who answered the phone and he was just as rude. He told me to call my insurance. To be totally transparent, I am a black man and the driver looks to be white. He looked in my face and told a bold face lie without even speaking to me. I am going to tell everyone I know about this racist organization.

I broke down on I-95 and they responded within minutes with a tow and they repaired my vehicle quickly and as good as new. They are awesome!

Problem with engine light. RJ Shore fixed. Second time I drove the car, engine light came back on. When Shore reanalyzed the issue, they found a leaky gas cap and that the replaced part initially installed was defective. I expected them to adjust the second diagnosis charge, which they did not, since I felt they should have seen the leaky gas cap issue during the first diagnosis, if the replaced part had worked correctly. As a customer with them for over 25 years, I expected some sort of price adjustment. They don’t seem to value loyal customers anymore, so I can no longer recommend them.

As I write this review, my car is STILL in their Branford shop. It has been there for FIVE WEEKS and all it needs is one part, a body control module. In those FIVE WEEKS they have bought two bad parts that then broke other parts, one of their technicians regularly misses full days of work (Alex) while another one (Harry) got fired two weeks into my repair. The shop asked me to buy a part off of eBay to continue the repair, which is fine. That part was delivered and sat at their shop for four days before it was touched. Today I found out they sent my replacement body control module to the wrong location two days ago....so ordering parts is also where this shop has problems. No communication either even when someone says they will give me an update by the end of the day. I only know these things happened because I call the shop after not hearing anything for multiple days. This is not a customer first business. There is absolutely no urgency to get my car back on the road. Save your time and frustration and find another shop. Especially if you need your vehicle for work as I do. This has been a hinderance to my livelihood and easily the worst experience with any business I've encountered.

Jeep needed new lower ball joints, previously had emissions and small work done here. I called and dropped it off 10 minutes after calling and they were able to fit me in and get it done by the next morning. They very honest and respectful, will be using them again!!

Brought my car in because the alternator bill has broken they told me they put an alternator a belt and a radiator hose cost me $800.03 months later my battery light came on I know it's the alternator they said I need a new engine my heater core has exploded from constant overheating my car has never overheated they refuse to do anything they just wanted to get me a $3000 motor took it to Branhaven Chrysler Dodge they were outstanding they replace my alternator they said it was bad . Sure automotive just put one in between months ago they refused to compensate me they refuse to put a new one in all they wanted to do was put a motor in I do not trust them I lived in the town branford for 50 years and I just reached tell him to fix my car tell them I've been out of work and my son just had a bone marrow transplant he didn't seem to bother them so I had to pay an extra $800 at Branhaven when I just paid $800 for a new alternator. Worst customer service ever again I do not trust him just be careful .
