Pro: They have healthy plants!
Cons: Recently bought decorative rocks/stone. What was in the rock bin inside did not match what was in the pick up bulk area. My gardener picked up the stone (not knowing it was wrong and didn't match) and installed it in my yard while I was away on a trip. $1000 to install and $300 for stones. Went back to store: Spoke to the manager after the employee raised his voice (made people in the store look) and was incredibly rude and did not listen. Manager was nice and refunded me the cost of the stones. I told him the cost of the install for the wrong product was $1k. He said "I will talk to the owner and see what we can do and call you." After I did not hear back from him I wrote him a letter. Heard nothing. After 10 days sent letter again. Never heard from him again. So I am stuck with a $1k bill from my landscaper b/c VW sold me the wrong stones/rocks. Will not buy stone/rock from them ever again.

Store manager Chris is rude and disrespectful. I spend thousand of dollars there a season and the arrogance and disrespect is surreal to me. I had left an item at the store and when they called to tell me the next day I was leaving on a business trip. They said they would hold onto it and now it’s “gone”. Considering how expensive the item
Was I am clearly agitated and Chris attitude was “shouldn’t have waited so long””. Now as opposed to checking with staff that’s their answer. Purely based on sheer disrespect I wouldn’t spend another dollar at this store. They could have been understanding but Chris decided to mock me and acted as though it were nothing. Business is business and someone who represents a store should know how to speak with customers.
Even after a phone call with the police, who said they took the same approach with them, hostile and rude. Police said once they claimed they found the item they take responsibility. Needless to say nothing, no phone call no offer of any kind. Unprofessional, disrespectful staff and manager.
Since i cant write another review. I called and spoke to a girl who said she has seen the missing item that the managers claim they cant find. Treat me like i was wrong, spoke to the police department and management did the same to them and 0 follow up. Funny how the front desk staff is friendly and shocked management cant find my missing item. Chris the manager is terrible at business and customer interactions.

Impossible to speak with anyone on the phone. Tried for two days. I finally had to drive there to speak with anyone. Simple question made very frustrating. Customer service poor. They have high quality plants but not cheap. For the price they should treat customers better.

This is an excellent garden center! They have a vast variety of both indoor and outdoor plants. They have a variety of mulch vases gardening supplies and tools. They have bird feeders, bird baths, shepherds hooks. They have pretty much everything you need for your home garden and indoor plants. In addition to all the items that are available the staff is knowledgeable about gardening and the plants.

Came here yesterday, got an orchid and string of pearls. The orchid is nice but one leaf had a giant split and browning in one of the leaves so I had asked for a small discount since aesthetically, it wasn't worth full price. The boys at the counter were very kind and called a lady from the greenhouse to approve it. She came up very snarky and told me there was nothing wrong with it. She did end up giving the discount but I didn't appreciate the attitude over something so small.When I got home, as I always do, I check my plants for pests. In a greenhouse, it's common to find a few bugs, no biggie but my new string of pearls was INFESTED with mealybugs, even in the root system. Not cool.
