There was a young girl working on Halloween night named Areali (I hope I spelled her name right!) she was so helpful, kind, and informative. Really represented the sally beauty brand so professionally and made me want to keep coming back vs going to other stores for my hair care supplies. Thanks for all you did to help me Areali!

Every time I walk into this location I am ALWAYS greeted and asked if I need help finding anything. The women at this location are so nice and able to ask any questions I have. :)

First time visiting the Norwalk location. Basic set up. Kind of out of stock on a lot of items (understood as Covid19 is happening). Very nice staff who signed me up for Sally Rewards. Would recommend .

Absolutely horrible customer service. They didn't understand what my simple request was and they kept rushing my poor mother, who was there instead of me, out the door. They repeatedly did this and caused my mother to get nervous and anxious since she didn't know what to do. I had to stay on the line with my mother to calm her down and help communicate what we needed and the whole time the sales person kept answering both me and my mother rudely and pretended to not understand what i meant. I knew she was pretending because she thought i said orange when i had said blonde. Both words are no where near sounding similar and kept interrupting. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. You're better off traveling a couple extra miles to a different location.

They don't honor coupons all the time and customer service is poor. The bad experience is not worth the few cents you'll save.
