Truly, I never EVER post anything negative, but this one, really pissed me off. Excuse my language. I am never coming back to this store. WE the customers come all the way to the mall to save retail stores, and they talk to us like were idiots. I literally pulled my mask down for two seconds to look at myself in the mirror and I got scolded. I left.

some sephora workers are super judgey which is why i prefer online shopping but w makeup i want to play w stuff! i had to exchange some items and the manager was so sweet and understanding she made me feel so comfortable. will drive to this location over others

I am so disappointed. The worker I had was so abrupt and rude. I wish I had gotten her name down because I am absolute so upset. This worker not only was rude to me she also told me I looked homeless. That is so offensive. Sephora please stop hiring unfriendly people

I’ve never been to a Sephora where your staff was so happy to help me, and they were friendly! That alone just made my shopping experience less like a chore. Sophia and Laura were lovely! Both girls were more than happy to help me with my specific questions and requests. Sophie is only 19 but she was so mature and also knowledgeable about questions I had regarding retinol and hydrating skin treatments/masks. Laura was super patient with my questions about it cosmetics with spf and hydrating formulas. Overall just impressed with your staff. Even the cashier was warm, she helped me feel less guilty about spending so much money ? this Sephora is probably the best one I’ve ever been to.

People are fine the products and management have gone down hill. They were out of sample containers so they poured my sample in the bag which feels gross and unsanitary.

I love this shop, but particularly in this place there is nothing available everything I like and I want to buy they tell me you don't have it, they just have the samples, and I have gone on three occasions and the same

My least favorite Sephora tbh. I was greeted, but workers there never ask me if I need any help. Just mentioned to me that the Dior lip products are behind the counter because people kept stealing them. They seem short staffed but other than I had no problem exchanging a product I both a month ago, cashier seemed to know all policies which was great. Store has many brands but prefer the White Plains location due to better customer service.

The second time I’ve been to this store and there have been rude employees. Customers pay your salary you wouldn’t have a job if there were no customers. The whole point behind the packaging of drunk elephant polypeptide cream is to mix the other products with the moisturizer. The employee said “ can we not make science experiments with the products.” IT WAS A TESTER FOR A REASON. Not only did the employee disrespect my friend and I, but she also was very cold greeting us, just because we were kids. NEVER GO HERE!

Terribly rude people, telling me to go to Walgreens after I asked if they carried Maybelline Cosmetics. She also gave rude looks and tried to get us out of the store, she needs to be fired

They are supposed to open at 10am and is 10:35 and still closed while the workers are inside not bothering about the time. Not fair since you have to pay parking and you are trying to get things done. Now i have to go or i’ll be late for work. Im picking up an online order so I already payed. then next time i come i’ll have to pay for parking again

As you juggled between the cash register and helping me find products, I totally admired your dedication for both the clients at the register and me. Sephora SONO is truly lucky to have employees like you.

Went in today looking for a new foundation. Steph helped me match my skin stone and offered several different options and swatches on my skin. She was so knowledgeable on the products and benefits based on my skin type. After we picked a foundation, she helped me pick a concealer and blush to go along with it. Overall it was a very pleasant experience so I’ll definitely be returning.For any interested, my skin is very dry and foundations tend to set orangey on my skin so Steph picked the “it cc nude glow med coverage tint with spf 40”, for the concealer she picked “Dior forever skin correct, and blush was “Fenty Beauty cheeks out cream blush”. Love all of them!
