I called yesterday (Saturday) and spoke to a lovely lady, I believe her name was Taylor, or Tyler. I was asking about the baths, she informed me of all that is avaiablw and told me that thr baths don't close until 30 minutes before the closing of the store that day. SO, I'm confused as to why tonight (Sunday) when I contacted the store around 5:10pm the girl working told me the baths were being shut down already? I'm trying to be a new customer, but so far I'm confused om when the baths shut down and if I was able to arrive at 5:20, why was I told the baths were closed?.....

Store was supposed to be open at 8 and it’s 9:15 and still closed with employees inside. No communicating extremely unprofessional

I just wanted to thank Choice Pet for being there and having such amazing employees. My wife and I have been popping in and out when we needed certain things (the old saybrook location is close to our home) but we bought the majority of our dog food at another business, until one day my wife and I were in a jam and while the store I gave my loyalty to didn’t have any interest in helping me out, your business, Choice Pet went above and beyond to help us in our dilemma! The location itself didn’t have what we needed at that moment but the manager called other locations until she found what we needed and then personally drove to a whole different town and got it for us before we left! Ever since she has been able to put in special orders for us, and the products we need and they have been so reliable and kind!! They call when our items come in and even help my wife bring bags out when she needs the help! It’s great to see people still care about their jobs and really care about their customers. Thank you again!

Not happy at all, how many people carry around receipts, except for clothing.
I could not get a return on an unopened bag of dog food without my receipt period.
Sure as hell am not going back!!!

Loved this place ! Everything was super clean and they supplied shampoo brushes towels and even an apron for me! Very helpful staff as well!

It was a shock coming in to Choice Pet again after a year of choosing not to shop there! It was like day and night! I’m so thankful and happy to see the new management at this location. I stopped shopping here because it had become so dirty and always had stock issues. The employees were rude and didn’t ever seem to be happy! Not exactly a place I want to spend my money! But now it is so clean and always smells so good. Stock has become so much better and if they don’t have something I need, they order it for me within the same week! The baths are spotless whenever I come in to wash my dogs. The manager there now is amazing and always so helpful. Always smiling and asking if we need help with anything! So glad I made the choice to come back! Keep up the good work because it’s appreciated!

The one good thing I like about this place is the grooming tubs you can rent. HOWEVER don't show up ANYWHERE near closing.. I got there 7:45 ...75-min before close and they refused to let me use it. REDICULOUS. It takes me 20-30minutes TOPS to wash my med dog AND They know me and I ALWAYS CLEAN AS I GO so virtually no cleanup when I'm done. Lazy! And BAD BIZ. Guess 45min wouldn't have been enuf time seeing the store was empty and I wonder why...

I dealt with Ceasar and he was amazing. I needed 2 flea collars that I saw on the Walmart but they didn't have in the 2 pack. He went out of his way to call the Walmart which of course didn't help us. I drove to Walmart and of course they weren't in stock so I drove back to his store to buy 2 off him because of his customer service.
