Very clean!!!!
Made the appointment same day. The best manicure I've had since moving to CT 7 months ago. Did a very thorough cleaning/ prepping before color, and the neck and back massage were great
Can't wait to go back.
The prices were very reasonable for all that was Included in the service.

Absolutely terrible service. The woman who did my nails kept going on her phone and leaving. I paid $75.00 for bumpy paint and two broken nails. I also already lost 2 nails 2 weeks after my visit. Don’t waste your time or money here.

the best nails salon in my old Saybrook. Clean place. Both girls that did an amazing job on my nails, Elsa did my pedicure and Eisa did my manicure. This will be my new place to go now! They didn't pushed me do anything other service and didn't stand there waiting for their tips which I think is great!

First time here & will definitely be back! Walked in on a whim for a manicure on a Thursday morning & they fit me right in! Dory did a wonderful job & made my first dip powder manicure a terrific experience. The hot stone massage was amazing & overall the service & atmosphere was top notch & delightfully relaxing. Highly recommend!

I needed a last minute manicure and pedicure and I was able to get in with it 20 minutes of calling in. Both treatments were excellent. The space is comfortable, super clean and they had a great selection of colors, dips and polishes, etc. I will continue to get my nails done here.

Pretty standard pedicure, not much leg massage (which is why you go, right?). Manicure with clear polish, no cuticle work, no massage and (now that I’m in the car) there are marks in the polish. No back massage at all…finding a new place next time.Services: Manicures

I'm in town for a wedding and needed to get my nails done. I chose Elegance because of their ratings and they did not disappoint. Nina, my technician, had a plan to save my nails and save me money and boy did it work! She did a wonderful job and did exactly what I wanted in terms of nail art. The color is absolutely perfect with the dress that I am wearing. Highly recommend this salon and Nina in particular.
