They always put extended holds on checks we deposit even if they a few $ over of whats avaliable in the account, even if is from recurrent client that write us checks. Called customer service and sent me to the bank to solve this matter and the bank says i have to call customer service that they cant do anything there at the branch

The branch it self is good and the attendants dont have any complaints about it to be honest. But the bank it. is. TERRIBLE! I have multiple accounts in different banks and they all have many flaws but wells fargo is byfar the worst. And even worst for business accounts! Sorry attendants.

I think branch is ok but bank charges fakes overdraft and fake monthly fee. they got a fine of 97 billion for doing that was all over internet.

One of the best branches I have been to.*Update* New bank manager is very rude. She just argued with a customer about transferring money from another bank, saying she can't do it. The teller then says to just write a check and that works.

I’m a credit card holder of this bank and got a offer sent in the mail to open a bank account for a bonus, I just had to come into a branch psychically to verify identity. The bank closes at 5pm. I drove here from 30 mins away at 4:25 I arrived and was told they had one employee to open bank accounts and they could not help me. I was told this by branch manager Ariana Bobaj. You would think the branch manager knew how to open accounts or would offer to help, instead she said try tomorrow, not caring at all I work until 4pm everyday and drove from 30 mins away. Needless to say I’ll stick with my bank that I originally have that is fully staff and more then willing to help their customers.

I respect their protocol and although the visit didn’t go my way, the teller was very helpful and did all that she could to try and help my situation. Thank you for your time.

They charge $7.50 to cash a payroll check drawn on their own own paper. Avoid at all costs

Called four times, was put on hold by the operator system 3 times. They finally picked up the fourth time and the lady was very rude and unpleasant. I just had a simple question about deposits. First time calling because I go to Webster bank (they are wayyyyy better just saying). Sad to say- terrible customer service

All I have to say is this branch needs to do better. Poor Poor customer service starting with there phone etiquette, very disappointed in this branch, they need serious trainning and I hope they receive it rather quickly.
