I had Joe Lewis a salesmen take care of me. I had the best experience of my life. Very professional and honest. My visit far surpassed any expectations. I have been to many dealerships but visiting Plainfield was the best decision I ever made. His professionalism is one of a kind. I will definitely tell my family and friends to go to this salesman/dealership if they want to experience the best adventure in life.

I’ve always heard horror stories from people who have bought cars from dealerships all over saying it’s such a hassle. Well I’m very glad to say that I did not have any experience like that at Central auto. Michelle was very helpful and kind, she answered all of my questions. I had a quick in and out experience there. I have nothing but GOOD feedback about Michelle and Central Auto I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them. Overall great service! Thank you again!!

Best experience buying a vehicle. I was dreading car shopping because I’ve always experienced that pushy salesman that doesn’t hear what you actually want. This was the complete opposite of what my wife and I experienced at Central Auto Group. Our salesman Evan was extremely helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us options based on what we wanted. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured or hassled. He got us exactly what we wanted for a reasonable price. I would definitely buy here again. If your looking for a vehicle go see Evan and Peter down at Central Auto Group in Plainfield.

Second experience at Central Mazda and they’ve done great for me both times. Evan W was my sales guy and was very attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and the kind of financing i was expecting. He was upfront and honest every step of the way and i will definitely be back for my next car.

We walked in needing a new car and Frank was quick to assist us. He was patient, prompt, informative and made this a painless experience! Thanks to the professional staff, Colby (manager) and Brian (service manager). My husband also appreciated that they didn’t use any tactics, very straightforward and honest. We both felt like we were given fair prices and proper service.

Frank was great to work with, he wasn’t pushy like some can be. I went back and forth about trading in my car for a few months and today finally pulled the plug. I told him i wanted to spend x amount per month but only for x amount of months and they made it work. It wasn’t my first time buying a new car but i would definitely recommend him to any buyer… new or experienced =)

Came in needing a new car after already going through with the whole process less than a month ago and having my car totaled two weeks later. Frank was amazing. Incredibly personable and understanding with my situation and frustration! After dealing with my previous dealership I 100% recommend this place. Great experience. No pressure at all from the sales staff. Worked to get the car I wanted approved. Frank P was an awesome salesmen went out of his way to make sure everything was ready, as I was on a very tight time schedule. Recommend seeing him if you need a car.
