JJ and Evan were the best!! I waited about a month for my car, however, I was updated every step of the way and not left in the dark. The process was seamless and I appreciate all they did for me!

I had the best experience working to find a car with Evan, JJ and Justin. They were very patient, worked very hard to make sure I could walk away with a car. They were compassionate when I was frustrated and remained calm and determined to get me into a car!

After searching for used cars and getting tired of the trickery, I stopped in by Central Hyundai and worked with Mr. Joe Lewis to close a deal in just a few short hours. He was excellent, one of the most funny and personable car salesmen I’ve ever met and I’d recommend him to all my family members. Ended up taking my beautiful ‘23 Tucson home that day and it’s no question how they’ve sold so many of them. If considering a new Hyundai in CT area definitely go here!

Horrible customer service from an individual in the service department. Not a person I would want a front desk of my business!! Took our Santa Cruz in for a sunroof issue and found that the mechanic doing the work had stepped on the seats with his greasy work boots,leaving prints on the seats. First of all you should not be standing on the seats,second of all if you felt the need to,wear coverings over your boots. When calling to make any type of service appointment he is rude from start to finish. They do not call when parts are in. After waiting three weeks,we called and they had been in.Do not recommend this place to anyone!!

We came in today and had the pleasure of working with Joe! Very, VERY nice man! Knowledgeable and very helpful. Wicked funny & super sharp dressed! Can't say enough about our experience! He was very accommodating with myself, fiance, 11 month old & our 2 small dogs! We'll be back for every car in the future! Thanks again, Joe!!

Since I got my car in 2019 at a dealership in Enfield, I always take my car for service here. Good atmosphere and I really like the service manager he really seems to care and he looks out for your wallet! Also Hennessy that answers the phone is a real sweetheart. I’m always pleased when it’s her… especially when I have to shuffle around my appointment. The salesman are really nice to my kids too. They joke and dance around with them. Also u get like a printout about your cars overall health. I always feel good when I leave. They help me stay safe and secure. Thanks guys

From the onset, upon arrival at the VW dealership I was greeted with open arms . They were very accommodating and attentive to my needs. I had a great experience. Both Colby Penfield (Manager) & Joe Luis( Sales) treated me with kindness, patience and humor!. Although I arrived late due to traffic, Both stayed late to make sure I had the best buying experience. They gave me the best approval . They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Colbey P. was very informative , accommodating and no high pressure! From the first Inquiry to going in for a test drive (Thanks Joe!) and ultimately driving off w/my new Car!.. Kudos! to the Finance department . The process at Central Auto Group was painless and clearly developed for customer convenience. I truly felt like a valued customer. A very rare experience these days. I would highly recommend making your car purchase here!!!!

We came here just to browse and get an idea of what kind of Vehicle we wanted. Surprisingly we found a car that we very much liked and wanted to go forward with with zero pressure from the salesman we were working with. Evan helped us along the way and gave us tips on what to look out for, as first time buyers. He kept things simple and helped with every bump we ran into in the purchasing process. He gave us clear instructions on what needs to be done and was always transparent.It was as good an experience as something as stressful as purchasing a new vehicle could be.

Pretty disappointed that I made an appointment last Wednesday for a recall and to look at an issue to be fixed. Had an appointment set for the following Friday… I called to make sure the appointment was set… and nobody knows anything about my appointment….. very discouraging knowing that I took a day off of work which is a $900 day for a company to not even put me in properly for the service and recall I requested. I love local business!! But I will not recommend this place now or in the future.

I had a really great experience with Evan W. over in Hyundai even though I walked in for a Mazda! (I traded back my previous Hyundai) If you're looking for someone to explain even the smallest detail about the vehicle, he's your guy. He took the time to explain and go through majority of the vehicles features and settings. I walked in hesitant but went home with a Mazda CX-30. I could not be happier with it. Also, a huge thank you to Tyler, Dan, and other staff that were beyond helpful to make this happen!

Would highly recommend, the entire staff was so kind, we were met my Evan , he introduced hisself asked if he could help, I do believe he picked up on the fact we didn’t want to be bothered or nagged , he was absolutely amazing!! So kind and far from being pushy or pressured. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and I have to say ,Evan has been hands down , the kindness most helpful salesman I have ever in countered. Our experience continued to be wonderful with the rest of the staff!! We will return and highly recommend!!

I was a bit nervous at first with buying a vehicle because I’ve never bought one before and I wasn’t really sure how the process worked. Andrew was very kind, informative and helpful with explaining everything to do with the vehicle and the financing… I really couldn’t have asked for a better first experience in buying a car. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for an easy experience with a car salesman with personality. I’m grateful for this experience.
