Went to get my emissions, walked in right at 8am.. woman at front desk is incredibly rude. I highly recommend they remove her from a customer forward facing role. She puts a bad taste in peoples mouths to ever return. This was my first time here and not interested in coming back for the abuse from the front desk woman.

Got my emissions done here.no appointment necessary.bruce Huber did my inspection.he was very nice.it was nice and clean also.

Dishonest & lacking integrity....went in to have my license plate switched out as one of the screws was possibly stripped. They not only didn't tell me that one of the screws couldn't be taken out & had cut off the top and left the rest of the screw in. but they charged me $20 and returned the car to me with a license plate that only had ONE screw holding it on. Shame on me for not checking their work as I only discovered it weeks later. Do not trust them.

Be careful what auto work you have done there. Service quality and customer service has declined dramatically over the last 2-3 year. Take your car there at your own risk, because they may mess up your car and then give you every excuse why they can not refund any of it. In the meantime, you'll have to spend more money to get the same work redone. Customer beware.
