The staff was great! Spent tine answering all my questions and interviewing me to ensure a good fit with the dog I chose. I adopted a beautiful deaf puppy and we could not be happier together. They do a great job caring for and placing pets.

I used to go there alot when I was little never had any issue last year when me and my friends at the time wanted to look at the dogs they acted like they were scared and intimated by us and told us we can look at the dogs and then we seen two white family goes back there and look they acted like we was going to steal the dogs I felt extremely disrespected the told us to go online but when I called about this dog I wanted he was extremely rude and told me no Isaid I needed to have a house with a fence I told him I need a dog for therapy I'm all set with them in never going back so I guess they win I just want to bring awareness don't judge a book by its cover.

Haven't adopted just yet but have been visiting often looking for a sister or brother for my 5 year old kitty, they have been very helpful with assisting me, making sure that it's the right fit for all involved.

It's pretty messed up that this place can't tell my sister how her cat is doing! Don't know if cupcake is still alive or not!! Just because my sister took her cat there doesn't give you the right not to give her information about her cat

Front desk staff was rude, and you don't actually get to see the pets to see if you have a connection with one, instead you look at a binder and then fill out a form where the screen you to see if you can see the pet your interested in which I think is really lame. A dog can be big and scary looking but a sweetheart lover but you can't tell by a picture so I think interacting with the pets is so important I don't understand why I'm looking at binder???

Very clean and pretty happy to see that they only had a few animals up for adoption. I was looking for a cat and there were none available at the time. Very friendly staff at the front desk
