I had booked elsewhere, but they unfortunately were out of stuff when I arrived there just a day before my cruise. Last minute tried this place since their site said walk-ins available. The girl was super sweet and did a great job with my nail art request. I am so grateful. I am not seeing the option to add photos to my review unfortunately, but there were water droplets and seashell texture added to my nails.

Mya is the absolute best!!! Extremely sweet and kind and patient and Viet is also amazing! Great service, clean, and reasonable priced! 10/10

Cant have someone pinching my hand with theiir nails when doing my nails.
My nails are very weak. You can't pour nailpolish remover into nailpolish. In the long run, it makes nails break and customers not return. Nice staff and all, though.

A nice place that takes walk inside is large in size and has many options. For mani and pedis. Clean and friendly.

Have only been here twice but it never disappoints! Very friendly, great prices and great options available. Everyone is talented which is why this has become my favorite place ! They have great color options and it’s always clean and great place to relax!

They rush to get you in and out, inexperienced tech used wrong color for pedicure. Gel manicure peeled with an hour of leaving. 2x unsuccessful, will spend my money elsewhere.

I booked an appointment for both me and my daughter hoping to get a little mommy and me time before vacation (She's 8). Despite booking an appointment they started me first and left my daughter waiting over 40 minutes for anything to be done for her. The technician hurt me when she was doing the pedicure multiple times, and my daughter said she hurt her as well. I decided not to have the manicure done so my daughter can get the full experience and she says she felt like they rushed it and she's had a better experience last time we went somewhere else. I was very disappointed I was hoping for my little girl to get a little bit pampered, since we do not do this often, and she was felt feeling very uncomfortable most of the time and kept looking over to me for reassurance. I did add a star only because they realized I was unhappy and did not charge me for my daughter's manicure (which I dont think they even cut her nails just applied nail polish)

First time customer on recommendation from my neighbor. Very clean establishment. Plenty color options to chose from for either a pedicure or manicure. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

My daughters have gotten so many different shapes and polishes here with Viet, Mya and others. Clean, friendly and quality! If it doesn’t look like what you expected, tell them. They’re happy to fix it. Not sure why some people are so rude or entitled and then expect people to not respond accordingly. Please take your bad manners somewhere else and free up the appointment time for us!

Requested style: I had a UV gel fill and gel manicure. I also needed a tip placed for a broken nail.
Cleanliness: The salon is neat and very clean!
Stylist: Mya was my stylist. She was very thorough and did a great job. This was my first experience at Diamond. I will definitely be back to see Mya as a regular client!
