Amazing experience purchasing my new Hobie Pro Angler 14. Came in from New York after calling ahead to see if they had stock. They were one of the only dealers in the tri-state area that had Pro Anglers available. They accepted my offer and worked efficiently to get me back on the way home with my new kayak as soon as possible. Very knowledgeable with outstanding customer service. Highly recommend making a trip in to NE Dive from anywhere! 10/10 small business

We have a pool licking problem, loosing to much water daily, we called them and Jill is just amazing and helpful, Nick came to fix and patch and was super nice and professional, I will call them in the future, they are above and beyond, thank you so much for your help!

SOLID dive shop. We are beginners - just finished our Open Water certification. We knew we wanted to get serious about diving with our own gear but there is soo much to learn. This is where the experienced staff of New England Dive comes in. All of the staff are divers, and they took hours to answer every question we could possibly have. We arrived half an hour before closing (our mistake) and they stayed open an extra 2 hours to make sure we were taken care of. Never did they rush us the entire time. There is no pressure to purchase anything and there is no price negotiation. The prices are synchronized with the manufacturer prices so you don't have to worry about markup. Further, the prices were often cheaper than online. Third, they gave several discounts without us even asking. If you need dive gear I can't recommend New England enough!

Definitely the best dive shop I have ever dealt with. Wonderful family-run business. More of a selection of scuba gear than pretty much anywhere I've seen. And their service is the best.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service provided by New England Dive. This was the first time we had leaks in our pool and with winter approaching, we were concerned about resolving the issue. Dan from New England Dive, despite adverse weather conditions, found and patched four leaks. He also provided great advice for avoiding similar leaks in the future. New England Dive was timely and thorough in its efforts.

The tech that came out was very acknowledging of what he was doing and looking for ,very polite and professional, he even gave me ideas on how to correct this problem . Spread for insects and carefull brushing your pool when vacuming. I would recommend this company to anyone . Thanks wallingford dive !!!

Diver was very nice to explain everything he found. Also, many of holes appears to be made by insects like ants and properly patched and pasted. I will call my pest control guy to prevent further damage. Thumbs up!
