I mean it's a package store so I can't say much other than I was impressed with the customer service. The guy at the counter walked me to the cooler section where he suggested other flavors of a seltzer I might like next time to try based on my purchase

Went in one night 10 minutes before closing and they were rude and rushing me out. Didn't buy what I planned to buy. Wouldn't spend a penny in that store.

New in Town with alot of stores to choose from. This store is by far best have gone to! They go above and beyond in customer service and carry my favorite 4 pack of high noons in stock. 5 stars wonderful spot!

No prices on beer. Guy had to look up prices on his phone?? This is illegal according to the State of CT liquor commission. All must be priced!! Shady!!

K, Melissa and company are great. Very friendly,great selection for a small package store. Ice cold nips and thwy even offer Door Dash if needed !

Terrible customer service. The girl answering their phone has an awful attitude. I received a call from them, called them back and said this number called me. The girl who answered the phone very condescendingly said "Not from here." to which I replied that I'm calling back the number that called me and with even more attitude she said "Well not from here." Really? First of all, I have caller ID. Secondly, even if it was a mistake why does she feel the need to be rude about it? Would not recommend Wally Wine & Spirits because of their generalized lack of customer service.
