Returned my call within 24 hours for a non-emergency but pretty seriously inconvenient problem. Put me on the cancellation list or if they had extra time in their schedule. Extremely pleasant and kind on the phone.An electrician called me the same afternoon to come by.I was totally impressed by their responsiveness, clear explanation of the problem (which turned out to be fairly simple to fix), and the quick resolution from the electricians who came.In this day and age, a company with this kind of customer service is rare indeed. Thank you very much!

My parents had a lightning strike and no water and Bill was able to get out there quickly to diagnose the issue. It ended up being minimal and he saved them hundreds and possibly thousands of $$$. Highly recommended.

Bill and the workmen who came to our house are great. They installed a new standby generator. Much later, they returned to do some minor things that other electricians didn't want to be bothered with. Courteous, knowledgeable, willing to explain and return calls! Highly recommended.

New to the area and a new house. Put in a generator and Bill Chaput was great about helping get everything done correctly. On the day that it was wired in (after the gas connections were made) Adam came to finish the job. He and his colleague were phenomenal! They also put in three extra outlets that I wanted. Adam did two of these in my kitchen on white cabinets and did not leave a mark or a scuff or scratch! He cleaned up all the debris after himself, leaving it cleaner than when he started! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From Bill installing the generator to Adam finishing the wiring and installing my outlets they were timely and exceptionally professionally. And neat!
