We’ve worked with Albana for the past 2.5 years, starting with the purchase of our first home. She promised to get our financing closed in three weeks, right over the December holidays, and she delivered. We closed on December 29th, which was incredible given the time of year. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how clear, honest, and responsive she was throughout the process. Her guidance made everything so much easier and built a lot of trust.
More recently, Albana went above and beyond to help us secure a car loan through UNFCU. When the process became unclear and frustrating with another officer, Albana stepped in, contacted the right people, and unblocked everything. Thanks to her, we finalized the loan just in time for our car delivery.

Closed my mortgage with Albana exactly a year ago and had a fantastic experience. This was one of the most stressful period in my life moving from overseas (Senegal) back to the US. Albana made it as easy and smooth as it could be despite a fairly involving process. I called Albana today (a year later) to thank her and UNFCU for allowing me to become a first time homeowner in America. The UNFCU mortgage helped me provide a safe environment for my family to adapt to our new life in the US while (hopefully) building wealth for the kids.
