This place has to be fraudulent! I suspect they are stealing government funding for these assistance programs because who are they really providing aid for?Kevin rousey is my partners counselor and doing nothing. He could have prevented my partner and her son from being homeless, but stood by and did nothing. I didn't have a case worker that was actively trying to solve my dilemma. This Includes the supervisors as well because she wasn't going to take a simple no when she called them out on what was going on.Done

Georgetown hospital had fax, Community Hope on 4 Atlantic St SW some paperwork, For me too have surgery on September 5, 2023, Georgetown have not gotten paperwork from community hope, Community over the phone paperwork told sent the paperwork too, Them on August 17, 2023, Im here in the office whole different story, This place have really went down the hill, I wouldn't tell my friends and family no about this place ?????

I usually have no issues with this center as far as medical. But this is the second time I took off work for a dental appointment and they canceled my appointment. A hour before at that. Very inconsistent in the dental department!!!!

I prefer going to the COH FHBC rather than Conway and I knew this from my first visit. The wait time is incredibly too long. I’m 37 weeks pregnant so at this point appointments are weekly. Why should the wait time be longer than the appointment itself? Oh, that’s right. It shouldn’t. They next time COH FHBC doesn’t have availability, I just won’t be going in for an appointment ??♀️

Normally, my experience is pretty good but today, not so much.Called this morning to schedule an appt and chose the option for a return call.Received a call back and Ms. Hall stated her name and said "please hold" and I was left on hold over 5 mins.Called back and left a voicemail for my appt and to advise what happened and I haven't heard from them yet and its been almost 5 hours.I'm not sure what's going on today, but the professionalism has been non-existent today.

As a new patient I have to call at 8:30am just for a chance to talk to schedule an appointment I've been calling for theee days straight. Today after waiting for 20m after calling at 8:30 I chose to do a callback and instead of a call I only received a voicemail!!! Now I've lost my place in line and cannot book and have to call back another day at 8:30am! There is NO ACCESSIBILITY. If you have amerihealth it's fake insurance you will never get health care anywhere it is the same at any of their in network you keep calling but will never be able to make an appointment

These five stars are actually for Ty Moori, Dr. Bustos, and Matthew Valente. These people.... WOW! My husband started going to the location in SE and was initially being seen by Matthew. My husband loved Matthew and he was very responsive when he had questions. However, after he left, my husband had a number of issues. His calls weren't being returned, he would show up for labs that he was told were scheduled and would arrive and there would be no order, and the list goes on and on. But Ty!!! This young lady jumped in and began to provide assistance with appointments, messages, and more. My husband received news that there was an issue with his kidneys and was connected with Dr. Bustos. We love Dr. Bustos and it was hard to get on his schedule until, Ty stepped in. She is amazing and extremely responsive. Ty Moori is extremely professional and an asset to this organization. We are blessed to be connected with her.

I use to love this practice until after my first child they told me I had 7 cavities. They even showed my x rays. (I hadn’t had any cavities until this point so it was a shock) I started getting sone of them filled but changed insurances half way though and started seeing another dentist who couldn’t find any of the remaining cavities they said I had. I DEFINITELY don’t recommend this place and would get a second a opinion asap.

I ❤ everything about Community of Hope! They are in the Community to help and give hope, and that's what they do and they do it well? As a senior citizen, I appreciate them so much!! Being on a small retirement, fixing my teeth was on the back burner cause old teeth cost a lot to fix! Thanks to Community of Hope and the outstanding dentists that donate their time and services, my mouth looks good and healthy? The customer service is also outstanding! I've never been treated like I don't have a right to come there and I'm always greeted with a smile! They call if the dentist has an emergency and they quickly make me another appointment! I love these guys!!!!!

Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else. I spent a month calling and trying to get an appointment. I finally got an appointment! 12 hours before my appointment (after I’d already taken time off work) Community of Hope called me and claimed the provider would not be showing up to my appointment so they have to cancel. When I pressed them and claimed it’s their responsibility to find me a provider, she told me I was lucky to get an appointment in the first place! She also admitted to lying about the provider canceling, later claiming they just double book time slots, then cancel if they have to. Trust me, this is not the kind of provider you want to be caring for you. Poor leadership, poor management, poor customer service.

Tried to make a mental health appointment 3 weeks in a row. Their automated call system answer the phone and hung up on me and I tried to call back and left my number so it would hold my place in line and when they called me back it rang once and then hung up before I could answer. It's really defeating for someone who's trying to find help for their mental health to be told over and over again they can't get help. I hope that whoever runs there account will read this and will we reconsider the way that they do their automated appointment system. It's really discouraging and I hope other people read this and choose to try to go somewhere else first instead of trying here cuz it's heartbreaking.
