This particular branch is near a site I work. My employer pays me via paper checks. On payday whatever site I’m at I cash my check at the nearest Truist Bank, No problem. At this particular branch the woman by the name of Jocelyn Blanco continues to make every transaction a hassle. It’s been two months, Im going on my 5th check and it seems as if she’s always the only teller available at that time. I’ts embarrassing for her to keep asking me how much was your last check? When was the last time you cashed your check? Or I can’t find the client account I won’t be able to cash your check l. And I’m just standing there thinking how am I going to get dinner on the table tonight the bank closes at 5. I will no longer visit that branch and hopefully the customer service improves.

Mr. Harvey was extremely helpful and made my banking experience very pleasant. Opening my account was a breeze! He has exceptional customer service and is very personable. Wish there were more bankers like him. He was also very knowledgeable about what credit card would work best with my lifestyle and explained the differences between what I have now and what SunTrust offers. I work with bankers everyday in my line of work and have to say he is one of the most genuine, kind and charismatic that I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. Had bad experiences at other branches so I will be visiting this branch from now on. Thank you Hugh!!

Hugh was able to help me with issues I've been having for months that the online help desk couldn't fix. He made our interaction personable and really demonstrated that he was looking out for my best interests as a client.

Not always working around 5pm. The screen does not say that no service is available. It takes my card and money which takes few minutes and then withdraw them back. If you guys are working behind the machine please let the drive thru customers know before wasting time.

I promised myself that I'd yelp more this year, so YES...yes, I'm about to review a bank. Let's see... They have money here. They're not really into sharing it though, so I wouldn't suggest asking for more than you have in your account. The dress code is pretty laid back, but avoid baseball caps and sunglasses. Noise level is pretty intimate, but whatever you do...don't whisper to a teller. Don't shout either. Passing notes to tellers is a big no-no here. You might do better just using the drive-up ATM.
