I had a great experience recently at this UPS store. I needed a handful of work documents and sign printed, and they were done impeccably. Harrison was really great at helping me format and print exactly what I needed. Great customer service all around.

The customer service at the wharf location is unmatched! They were patient and helped me decide the best way to ship my item based on my needs. And then they proceeded to box everything up for me! Definitely will come back.

There guys are the absolute best. Every single person that works here knows what they're doing and super helpful. They stayed open late for a print job I had last minute and got us what we needed even though it was past closing time

I always thought of this place as a shipping point right up until the time I needed fingerprints for a background check. You can go to the 9th level of hell over at the city - guaranteed multiple trips with some really aggravated people, or you can come here and be done in 15 minutes. We were so happy, we came back for passport photos - again - clearly this is the spot if want it done right the first time.

Each and every time, I visit the Wharf location I receive an exceptional level of professionalism and expertise. I recently visited to have fingerprints processed. I had Kazim from this location pick up and ship some items I ordered from a Government agency near by b/c I live out of state. Someone or Kazim from this facility stole the items from the packaging and shipped me an empty box! These items were some very valuable things that I paid a lot of money for! I will also notify corporates of this matter!

This UPS store is amazing! Had an urgent request for a bridal shower sign. They were quick and prompt and delivered to NJ immediately. Ken and his team did an amazing job with the sign. I highly recommend them for all your graphic needs.

I needed a passport photo for my 2 toddlers and this location did a really great job! This particular location created their own passport template, so that it layers the passport measurements on top of photos. This allows them to resize and edit before printing the final passport pictures. Thus, no need to stress if the passport photo would ever be rejected, they will for sure pass! It was a life saver with 2 toddlers!
