I was out of town when i received a call that my car was in accident.i was quite puzzled since my car was parked at a gated parking spot at my residence. I called State Farm and Beth made sure that the adjuster reached out to me. There was an incident with the car rental however Beth made sure that the problem i experienced was resolved.i would like to commend Beth on her outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Beth made a stressful situation a lot easier to tolerate.

I just had the best customer service experience, thanks to Danielle! She went above and beyond in helping me set up my renters insurance, and I couldn't be more grateful. I had to make changes three different times, and through it all, Danielle remained incredibly kind, patient, and professional.
What really stood out was how friendly and warm she was she turned what felt like an annoying, lingering task into something smooth and even enjoyable. I’ve been having an incredibly stressful week, and Danielle, you truly made a difference. You were kind, funny, and uplifting, and I genuinely appreciated the way you made me laugh and feel accomplished over something so simple.
You may have thought you were “just helping someone set up insurance,” but you gave me a moment of relief and connection that I really needed. Thank you for doing your job with such grace, humor, and outstanding service. You're a gem!
