What in the world???This why doing business in the hood is not done or only as needed.I am a Wells Fargo customer. Coming inside to do a transaction but can't cause WHOLE bank closing for outside event. Why not hold the event on your closed day which is Saturday? Why not leave a few folks inside and others go outside?I work like you so inconvenience customers for what?

The fact that I had to give one star is even worse. I wish I could give none. I came into this branch this morning to close my account.Long story short, I got my money and the teller told me a lie. The lie the teller told me was a banker will call me to set up closing my account.Here it was around 7:47 pm and something told me to follow up on my own. So I call the number where the supervisor told me Wells Fargo would never call me to close an account instead the customer has to. That's where I drew the line. Tomorrow I calling back and closing my account for good.

This location gets five stars for the great facility and accommodating staff. I went to this bank to get something notarized without realizing I needed an appointment. They fit me in regardless and helped me in the most professional and friendly way possible. Shoutout to Letoria for your assistance, you saved my day!

I am a new customer to Wells Fargo as in it has not even been a month. I opened my account online and went into the bank to make my initial deposit with a check. We are upon the Covid19 pandemic so they did take precautions and having people line up outside, BUT the staff member they had at the door was rude. As a new customer I had not yet received my card so I asked if I was able to get a temporary card until my card arrives in the mail to access my funds. The rude lady at the door told me that I would have to schedule an appointment to get a card and they are all booked up for appointments for weeks. At this same time 2 bank associates are sitting at their desk on their computers with no customers in their chairs. They had just opened at 9:30 and it was 9:40. At any other bank that I have had they will assist the customer if possible. Lets just say I have yet to receive my card in the mail and still no able to get a temporary card at this ALABAMA AVE BRANCH. This is not a good start to a new business relationship ?????

If I could I would give the no stars this is the worst Wells Fargo branch ever and for this purpose alone I will be closing ALL account with Wells Fargo and I have been a customer since 2012 . The Alabama ave SE branch Customer Service is horrible . There always really rude here . Any good review HAS to come from the people working there... They are VERY inconvenient. I had my wallet stolen with all personal information inside of it . So I went to this branch (WHERE they personally know EXACTLY who I am) with my birth certificate social security my work ID AND School ID ..they all have my picture name and birthdate and I still could not deposit my check (NOT WITHDRAW ..DEPOSIT!!) after I told them my wallet was stolen. Being tho the DMV is closed on mondays I even showed them my online receipt I had for my ID . It's still wasn't enough so thank to inconvenience of Wells Fargo I was charged a 50$ late fee for a place where rent was due today. Thanks a lot . And I will be closing my account .
