This store was my favorite stop on the boardwalk! It’s a deceivingly large store that went very far back, and their merchandise was extremely diverse. From the typically tourist gifts of t shirts and key chains, to art pieces with the beach charm, toys for children, and clothing/shoes.We picked up a few gifts for family, and some random art pieces like wall decals and decor for around the house. There was beach town charm throughout the back of the store, that had us browsing for quite sometime.The woman at the front was so charismatic, and jovial with us while we were checking out. Her demeanor was the icing on the cake of what must’ve been 45 minutes of shopping.

Had a horrible experience at this store today. My 11 year old is learning how to be a bit more independent and make decisions with her own money. She was using her debit card to buy a bracelet and she asked if she would be able to return it if she needed to. The woman informed her that yes, with a receipt and the bracelet still on the backing, she could return it. She proceeded with the transaction and since my daughter could not see the screen for the debit card, she pushed the incorrect button. The sales lady acted like it was the end of the world. I informed her that she might want to angle the machine up because you can't see the screen. She responded, "Yes, you can." I then pointed out that my daughter had to stand on her tippy toes to see. She didn't seem to care. My daughter ultimately wanted to return the bracelet because she found something different that she liked better. When we returned to the store, the woman informed her that she could only exchange the bracelet, not get a refund. What a shame that instead of being a positive experience for a young girl learning how to navigate this world, this woman turned it into a miserable experience. I will never go in to this store again!

I spent a long time in this store debating on screen print options and going back and forth. The woman working there (name unknown) was SO friendly and patient!! So much so that I bought everything I was looking for at this one shop!

Super disappointed in this place. I bought a pair of shorts in size large that I really liked but when I got home and tried them on they were too small. Then I also discovered that the receipt said "exchanges only" which I was not informed of at the time of purchase. When I tried to return them, they confirmed that they only do exchanges and told me I would need to get a bigger size. I informed them that the largest size is XL which was also cut super small and would not fit. I am not a large girl- athletic build, typically wear a size M/L. I acknowledged that I did see that on the receipt but it's not my fault that their clothes are cheap and made small. It's also not helpful to have that on the receipt once you've already made the purchase, and there was no sign stating that. At that point, the other sales person stepped aside from the register and pointed out a rather small sign on the wall behind him that read "no returns, exchanges only." The sign is not visible when the employees are standing at the register, and the wall is covered with other junk that makes it even harder to see. I asked if I could speak to a manager because there was nothing else in in store that I wanted, and was told she was not there but would probably tell me the same thing anyway. As a small business owner, you should want to take care of your customers so that they will return. There are plenty of other stores in Bethany that sell the same things. I will definitely not be back here, and will make sure that all of my friends and family know about my experience as well.

Was going to buy some stuff here but there was nobody at the cash register and there was a lady in the next room doing inventory she looked at us like we had four heads nobody else was in the store I guess she was the cash register and the inventory person? Really bad service and this was on 5/22/19

Inexpensive compared to the competition on the boardwalk. Lots of merchandise and lots of sales all the time. The staff is great! No refunds though, exchange only.
