Great and fast service and the flowers that were delivered were beautiful. Asked for them to be delivered at a specific time and even though they were busy they still were able to find a way to do it. Would definitely recommend!!!

Extremely disappointed they were supposed to be there on a Saturday for a very dearest friends mothers passing. On a Saturday I called at 10 AM said they were going to be there in four hours paid extra to have them delivered then because somebody would’ve been home. Finally got there on Monday two days later. Flowers were ok . I paid for premier flowers I don’t think they were quite that.

I have received flowers from this florist three times and twice the flowers looked worse than something that you could buy from a grocery store and once the centerpiece my aunt had sent me was delivered to the wrong address. When my aunt called the florist to find out what happened they simply said "I don't know, we delivered them" and would not make the situation right. If you order flowers online, make sure the order doesn't come from Givens! Absolutely aweful!!

Givens received an online order from my co-workers when my father passed. They reached out to me and went out of their way to make sure the delivery was made when I would be home. They delivered a beautiful arrangement and I appreciated their efforts to go above an beyond. Highly recommend!!!!!!

So my husband decided to surprise me today with Flowers at my job. He used this particular company. I gave them 3/5 stars because the flower arrangement itself was beautiful and lovely. Although the delivery was the issue. My husband paid extra to have it delivered to me by noon today. That way I would have already received it by the time I saw him when I took my lunch break. The flowers weren't delivered in time. As a matter of fact they weren't delivered until 3:30pm and my husband paid extra to have them delivered by a certain time. So that in itself was a big bummer and a disappointment. However the company did apologize and refund the extra money that was paid. Since delivery wasn't what it was suppose to be. Overall I am very happy and pleased with my flowers and balloon and I would absolutely continue to buy arrangement gifts from this place. I just don't think I'd ever pay to have it delivered anymore that's all.Another review dated 9/10/2020:Since my husband sent me an arrangement. I decided to surprise him with one the next day from this same company. I have added the pictures below and marked them. He absolutely loved it. He was so surprised and happy. He said it made his entire day. So Thank you! I loved my arrangement and my husband loved his as well. I have now changed my status from 3 stars to 4 because of it. Thank you again!

Ordered flowers from1-800-Flowers.com on 6/4/20 to be delivered to my Granddaughter’s at two different locations, one was out of state. They were Graduating on Sunday and one this past Friday 6/12. The flowers were not received until Monday 6/8. We were told they would be delivered on that Saturday. The one that went out of state were exactly what I had ordered & beautiful. The one that was sent by Givens was half the size, no roses & had artificial plastic ferns & ivy. I could of went to the supermarket and bought the same for less than $12.00. They were supposed to bring a replacement to us by Wednesday, & I called back to 800-Flowers and was informed that Givens said they satisfied that order and would not be delivering to my Granddaughter who is leaving for the ARMY on Sunday. Then I get a call today 6/13 to have someone else deliver by Monday. My Granddaughter won’t be here then. I advised them to cancel order and credit my credit card. Given’s should be ashamed of themselves to send such an order like that out .

We live out of state but I wanted to send flowers for the funeral of a family friend's grandparent. I placed my order on the Friday before the Sunday funeral service. I only had the church address, but figured if they were delivered to the church on Saturday, the flowers would be ok. Upon ordering the arrangement, Givens contacted me to say they would rather deliver the arrangement early to the family. They had already contacted the church and tracked down the family's address. I really appreciated the extra step they took to ensure that the family received our message and the flowers arrived fresh. Thanks!

I ordered a 75.00 vase of flowers. It was terrible and I was embarrassed . It looked like 25.00 arrangement. The lady was rude besides . I'll go out of town from now on

A 75.00 arrangement for a funeral looked like it should have been 30.00 . Carnations, pink daisy/ mums.... give me a break. Time to find a new florist. Besides the attitude was awful in there
