I came into this store and Jamie the manager helped me with questions and also said he could save me money on my cable bill. He got me signed up with Direct TV saying how much I would save a month and he said he would personally come out to the house if I had any problems setting it up. I reached out to him because I needed assistance with that and he said he would be out the following Saturday when the store had enough coverage he would come to the house and help me. He never showed up or called that day plus I never heard from him. I called to cancel direct TV because I didn't want anything affiliated with At&t and they told me I was on a 2 year plan which I was never told and that it would be a early termination fee of around $500.00 that I must pay immediately among cancellation. Right now I am currently only able to work part time and with the holidays here this put me in a tough situation. I recommend at minimum if your not happy to consider leaving now or avoid having him help you. Very disappointed and will never come back as well as will tell other people not to sign with them.

Outstanding service from Wade he did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help me with the transition and explained everything in great detail. He was also able to handle other customers that came in while maintaining his service to me as well. Again outstanding job managing his duties while alone.

I was offered a phone upgrade on 10/16/23 with a promotional rate to find out when I got my first months bill that my plan did not qualify after I had ask the sales person and he assured me that my current plan was eligible. I called on 11/14/23 spoke to someone named Braydon advising him of the issue I was having, and asked to speak to a manager and he said that he didn’t know when a manager would be there, but all he knows is that he won’t be there which shouldn’t be said to any customer. I went to the store on 11/16/23 to have this issue resolved with Wade, and he advised me that he could not help me, and I would need to call customer service. I called after leaving the store and the customer service representative I spoke to was Carlos who was very helpful, to advise me that this issue would need to be handled at the store where I purchased my phone. So, I went back to the store where Wade had just told me that he could not help me to let the customer service representative speak with him. Wade took my information down so he could make the manager aware of the issue I was having, advising me that I should hear from the manager within the next couple of days. I never heard from anyone . I returned to the store for the 2nd time very frustrated wanting some answers and hoping that someone would take ownership in resolving this issue. On 11/24/23 I spoke to the manager Jayme, explained to him the issue, and he claimed he couldn’t do anything. He called his district manager and he said he would call me on 11/28/23 to get this resolved for me, but I still did not receive a call. At this point all the back and forth is becoming ridiculous, and it shouldn’t take this long to resolve an issue that they created. Today is 12/7/23, and I still have not heard from anyone from the Millsboro Att store. I called customer service and spoke to Hannah who done an exceptional job handling my concern. She immediately spoke to a manager to give me a solution for my problem. I will not be giving Millsboro any of my business anymore. No one wanted to take the initiative to handle my issue they created.

Very happy with the service at this AT&T store! Traded in and upgraded to newI Phone 15. The two young gentleman at the store were friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They got me up and running with new phone and made sure I was fully satisfied and comfortable with my purchase before I left the premises. Definitely recommend this spot for your I Phone needs!?

Broke my phone on the way to OCMD. Stopped by this store and was told they don't fix screens. The worker said I was due for an update. Ended up upgrading and Wade H got me in and out in less then hour. Great store and Great Customer Service.

Went into store with a voicemail issues, and was promptly greeted by Diazea. Diazea and Cassandra worked through the settings and explained the issue and the resolution. Very friendly, efficient, and helped to get my business equipment back up and running.

My husband and I recently visited this store to purchase new IPads and upgrade our cell phones. Kassandra was our customer service rep. She was super efficient!! She was kind, professional and very knowledgeable! This was the best experience we have ever had at any AT & T store. Since then, we returned so she could install our screen protectors. She couldn’t be more pleasant and customer focused!! She is AWESOME!! (She had a co-worker Dayja who was very nice and helpful also.)

Not helpful. I made an appointment online and they never had me listed. I asked about AARP discount and was told that I had to have more than one line of service. Very disappointing! I need a new phone and carrier. I guess I'm heading to another place.

On Friday evening (March 25th), I went in there to get assistance on switching a number on my account to a new phone that was a upgrade. Not only did the 3 consultants working that evening provide exceptional service for it being the end of the day, but they also helped me revisit the plan I have and switch it to a more cost-efficient option saving me a lot of a money. I was also able to get 2 tablets out of it. Best service I've ever gotten from the Millsboro location and from any sales consultant.

I was patiently waiting my turn to upgrade my device for 30 minutes as both employees were busy. Another lady walked in and had waited 10 minutes to pay a bill and someone else wanted to purchase something. Since I was there first you would think I could be helped first. However they took the other 2 ladies before me. I understand upgrading takes longer but you could’ve gotten me started, then helped the other people.
