The pharmacy is horrible! They never do there job correctly or take it seriously! My man waited all day to get his medication from noon to finally being ready at 7pm. He stayed in millsboro all day because it turns out Walgreens fax number wasn’t working while his doctor kept trying to fax over the prescription. So when he heard about the fax not working he drove to Milford to his doctors office to bring the prescription back to Walgreens. So after all that the pharmacist had the nerve to tell him he has to wait 2 hours after he waited all afternoon! They don’t care obviously. Now this is ridiculous cause when he finally gets home to use the medication he noticed he can’t even take his medication because they gave him the wrong gage needles! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! This place is a joke they don’t care about any of the patients and now he has to wait till tomorrow to go back to the pharmacy to get the right gage needles when he waisted his whole day today and it was for nothing!! We are 100% changing Walgreens.

Went there 4 times to pick up a prescription from the doctor..Each time they told me it would be ready in 1 hour..About 26 hours later I finally got it filled..Will never go there again..

Employees at the pharmacy should just eat lunch at different times instead of closing for 30 minutes or more in the middle of business hours. They make it very difficult for people who work to pick up prescriptions. While eating one of the employees said to the other that he didn't even talk to customers on the phone. " I just hang up on them" he said.What happened to businesses trying to make things convenient and pleasant for customers?

Besides it always having a line to wait in which is no fault of theirs. I mean there is a million people in this area of Delaware so what do you expect. But anyways they are always pleasant and very informative of your meds. If they don't know the answer they find it for you. It's much appreciated. Thank you!!

11-5-22. Pitiful. You have to make an appointment online for a flu shot and pick a specific time only to have to fill out all the same paperwork that was required online and find out others had the exact same time for their appointment. Sad! We also had to wait an hour. Never again as a few other people commented.This is by the far the most Pathetic Walgreens in our area. The Photo area never any assistant. I stood there for about 7 minutes , and this is NOT the first time than asked the cashier for assistance. I was there way before the 5 new people in her line. Her words” I have to wait on these customers first”? I asked”oh Im not a customer??” No response / nor did she call for assistance. Therefore I left without my pictures.This location needs to train more competent help!! I’m scared of what the workforce is becoming for this world. This comment doesn’t apply to everyone.Very sad?Customer Service?Corporate /management- PLEASE improve because too many people depend on this location!

Without a doubt the worst pharmacy counter that I have ever encountered. Poor customer service No interest what so ever in the customer . Very interested in the workers benefits because the hours that they are open are not to the customer benefit. They may be shirt staffed, so if I were them I would shut down till you can hire yhe proper support staff . I had my wife pull all of her scripts from this Walgreens and move them to Rite Aid. Also the stror in general is very dingy and not current

Take a look at the accompanying photo and tell me what has to have gone wrong for there to be ten people in the pharmacy line on a Tuesday evening along with another half dozen cars in the pharmacy drive thru lane. The only good news was that multiple people gave up and left. One guy told me he had been waiting over an hour. I considered the drive thru option but then I could potentially be spending another $5 on gas so I waited it out. A mere 40 minutes later, I had my Meds firmly in hand! Thanks Walgreens!

The other night, I was standing in line with three people in front of me. There was one cashier (which is fine), while the manager was on a different register fixing a complicated transaction. The line was still long, and the customer at the register was attempting to complete a food courier order for Gatorades. She obviously was flustered when she couldn’t figure it out, and she even offered to have the cashier cancel the transaction so the customers behind her could pay for their stuff, but he said that couldn’t be done. When the manager finished with the complicated transaction for the other customer, she simply walked away, while telling the sole cashier that she would be in the office. Would it have been a huge ordeal for her to simply take care of one or two customers, while the food courier customer was holding up the line? The manager should have been more of a team player, but apparently that’s not on her agenda.

Update: The young lady in the drive through just now is awesome ?05/05/22: Please teach Daisy customer service in the pharmacy area, who stated that she was the Mgr. I work in healthcare, and I don’t take it out on customers when we are short of staff, or overwhelmed. To be disconnected & then put on hold multiple times in 1.5 hours is disrespectful!

Worst pharmacy in THE WORLD! Prescription phoned in by doctor 4 hours ago. Was told it was ready and after getting here over 1 HOUR ago still sitting here waiting. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN AND IF WALGREENS HOME OFFICE SEE THIS I HOPE THEY ACT ON THIS. Rite aid right across the street my new pharmacy!

I've been calling g for 2 days to get my refill but the pharmacy is closed, the recording says that location is temporarily closed..Ive called the main office 3 times and they know nothing about it. I called a different Walgreens. That one keeps yo on hold til it just hangs up...Looking forward to Rite Aid
