Terrible! Choose any other local pharmacy, the scripts are never filled on time - I practically have to sit there for 30 mins every time waiting. And then the staff acts annoyed with me for needing them.

Trying at the end of season to find small water boards and CVS employee went with me through the summer stick even checked in back returned and said let me look again as she walked down the isle they were on the top shelf!!!! We were both so excited!!! She went above and beyond what she had to do made me a happy customer and mentioned to manager I believe if you can complain you can compliment!!!!

A fine seaside CVS. It has everything you would expect from a near-ocean drugstore: meds, makeup, sunscreen, flip flops, $6 milk, candy, cards, et al. You won't be disappointed!

wish i could give 1/2 a star. When i walked in, there were NO human cashiers. only 1 store employee visible, a young guy, who was stocking shelves. so everyone had to use self checkout. and of course there were problems. One couple had a problem and the young guy had to come over and help. And then when i checked out my 1 item, i had an issue too of course, and he had to come over. It appears the store/company doesnt want to pay people to work there. Which is sad. Highly doubt i will go back. Hate self checkout, CVS isn't paying us to do THEIR work to TAKE OUR MONEY. and they dont give us a discount for doing their job. and their prices arent any better than other stores. What BS company.

Store and pharmacy service have declined severely. Fill time for new Rx is about a week, by their own admission. Don't have commonly stocked Rx meds most of the time. App for ordering refills doesn't show meds, even if they have filled it previously. DONOT USE THIS PARTICULAR STORE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!

Clean store, friendly staff. Moved to the area last year and transferred our Rx's here from our local CVS in Baltimore, much better service now. Also we've received several vaccines at this CVS with no issues.

They can verify they received my kid’s prescription and can come up with 5 different reasons why they can’t give it to me - but they can’t actually fulfill the prescription and give it to me. And it’s not a understaffing issue because there’s several of them doing nothing just standing there.

This is the worst CVS. No one ever answers the phone. Impossible to get pharmacy or cashiers on the phone.

This is the WORST pharmacy I've even seen!! For the third month in a row, I called ahead of time to make sure they had ordered my medication. They did so I thought I was good to go. Then, just this morning, I called them to make sure my script was filled before going to get it. I was informed that they had given MY MEDICATION to another person and only could fill a partial script. I told the pharmacist I had called Friday to make sure they had it. And to please not give it to anyone else. (They can order their own). But they did anyway. So here I am, short 6 days worth of my medication. It is a controlled substance so I will have to get another script for the remaining script. But, it can't be filled until I run out. This is the most absurd thing I've ever seen!!!! Do yourself a favor and don't go there!!

4 people working in the pharmacy. We waited 10 minutes to check out using an HSA card. This place needs a complete overhaul in the pharmacy

Their pharmacy is very unreliable and mismanaged. Prescriptions are never ready. You sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes then tell you they need more time and you have to come in with your sick kids because they want to close their drive thru window. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

They made a mistake on the date of filling a RX. When I called them about it, the woman (I, unfortunatley did not get her name) on the line tried to explain it away quoting "Delaware Law." She kept interrupting me, would not hear my side of things, and ended up hanging up on me. I found my bottles from the previous month and called back. I spoke to a nice man named Andrew who explained that it was their error. He also explained to me, in going forward, how to get it corrected. I have never been a fan of CVS due to the one I dealt with in Virginia totally messed up my parents' prescriptions. I only switched to them here because my Aetna Insurance basically made me. I will likely be switching back to the little pharmacy near me after that woman being so rude. I work in health care and I would never speak to a patient the way that woman spoke to me.
