Absolutely obsessed with Royal Farms. They are all super clean and have great snacks and food. Especially love there chicken, banana milkshakes & mac-n-cheese. They always have the latest, greatest & most innovative beverage machines/gadgets. Touch screen and loaded with a ton of customisable options. Makes for a quick & fancy cup of coffee. Also have the milkshake machine too! I recommend there pumpkin spice fall blend coffee!I would give Royal Farms 10 stars if could! It's a one stop shop for gas and all things awesome!

What a fking disaster. I paid for my purchases; a pop, sunflower seeds, cigarettes and chicken. Not only did I not receive the chicken I paid for, I was made to feel as if I was trying to con them out of some chicken. Everyone involved, including the cashier who totalled up my purchases, treated me in a real fkd up way. I eventually left with the items in hand (paid for) and without the chicken I'd also paid for. Royal Farms employees don't care about their customers; they should be paid to stay home. As a local, I will do my best to steer people as far away from this location as possible.. I'm pissed off and hungry. Heading to wawa for a better experience.

Everyone is always so friendly at this ROFO. I placed a mobile order of chicken sliders today and when I got there a very nice gentleman let me know that they didn't the have tomato or onion as requested. He gave me some fries on the house to make up for the lack of slider toppings. Great customer service!

If you expect basic gas station amenities like air for tires, prepare to be disappointed when the air pump isn't functional

LOL if you wrote a bad review for buying food at a GAS STATION. Comical. The parking lot is big enough and organized. I can pull my trailer/boat thru without any issues.

Posting here that this store needs to refill their squeegee buckets which are often empty. We buy gas here for convenience, but will go where we can clean our windshields reliably.

The slushees and fountain drinks are good and their app, when it works, has pretty good things you can redeem your points for. However, the app doesn't seem to want to load most of the time, so my good deals keep expiring and I'm unable to redeem my points. It might be an issue with the app or it might be with their sandwich order system, but a couple times I ordered, the ticket printed from the kiosk, and I paid, but the people making the sandwiches either lost my ticket or it didn't show up on their end so I waited around for a while before they asked me what I ordered in the first place (they had no record of it despite me paying for it). This happened two or three times, which is a bit strange. This location has self checkouts and a regular cashier section, which is nice. The chicken is pretty good but I wouldn't make a special trip just for that, although their chicken tender subs are pretty great and priced comparatively with Wawa. The store is pretty clean and about 75% of the employees are friendly. My biggest issue is with the rewards card. Every time I try to use it when I buy gas, it won't register it. I've tried to link it on the app (although I used to just be able to use my phone number and that was fine, for a time?) but it won't work. When the gas pump asks for the card I press the button that I have one, but most of the time it won't even give me a chance to try it before it moves on. Rofo is one of the cheaper gas places in the area, so I'd be stopping there regardless, but it's a bit annoying that the app/card has so many issues.

Computer system sucks. You can't have your whole breakfast sandwich toasted just the bread. So cheese doesn't melt. Bacon was cold. And they didn't even toast my bread. Also you can't duplicate orders in the system. So if you want say 4 of the same breakfast sandwiches you have to input them all seperate. And when you do they still don't make them right. Also worst chicken ever. I don't know what has happened royal farms but in the past 3 years you have continually declined. All of your locations are God awful. Thos is what happens when you start not caring because your to big. I'm over it. Wawa lost me years ago because their sandwiches went downhill. Now you are just as bad. Also hire people who read the ticket and make it correct.

My husband and I stopped here on the way to the beach a few hours ago. The location is the only thing "convenient" about this store. I have a neurodivergence/movement coordination disorder and had a tough time maneuvering through the store -- difficulties I don't have at a crowded Wawa. Things were arranged pretty randomly. Chips were scattered in different areas. When I visit from Oregon I like to get the local chip brands like Utz and Herrs but I couldn't find them very easily. I also wasn't able to find any meals that were obviously gluten free. It was hard to find a person to ask for help. I wanted to get iced coffee because it's a hot day but the procedure wasn't obvious. Apparently you need to get a cold drink cup, fill it with ice and then put it under the drip part of the hot coffee machine. I though choosing the coffee option on the machine that said it could be Iced would give more info/instructions, but instead the machine just started spitting out coffee. Luckily I was able to cancel it in time. Once I did know how to do it, I had a hard time figuring out what size cup to use and how much ice to get so that the coffee wouldn't overflow. I got it about right but it wasn't very cold. When I told the cashier that this isn't how iced coffee is usually done he said that they have the machine make the hot coffee over ice to create a cold brew. Maybe it's the nine years I've lived in Oregon but I feel the need to point out that method is technically not a cold brew. I would have preferred a real cold brew or a machine with cold coffee rather than the "Luke warm brew" I actually got. My advice to Royal Farms: Improve your iced coffee and pay more attention to accessibility for people with disabilities (visible or hidden) and the elderly
