The staff is friendly and helpful no matter how busy the place can be and it was busy today. However John P took the time to assist me with a printing job I needed. He didn’t make me feel rushed or like it wasn’t important. So valued his professionalism and his time.

Don't let the negative reviews get to you, these guys are constantly in full swing, and for all that they're dealing with, they are doing a wonderful job.I think some folks see their directness as rude, but I disagree. It's not uncommon for the line to be long mainly because this location serves a lot of folks, so they have to be to-the-point and efficient.Tend to be a bit on a the slower side with technology-related services, but they're good with everything else. I've only had good experiences with these folks.

The gentleman taking Amazon returns could not be more unfriendly. He does not acknowledge you or respond to your “thank you” after he hands you the slip. He does not fit in with the majority of people in this part of Delaware

Was refused service because I did not have my transactions ready when I got to the counter. I waited patiently in line like everyone else. Those before me had multiple transactions and were helped. When it was my turn I was told to step aside so he could help other costumers.He clearly did not want to wait on us from the moment he saw us. I was already pulling the transaction up but he refused to let me continue and did not scan the barcode. I have an email from Amazon asking to finish the return.Tell me how does one have three separate Amazon transactions ready at the same time?

The UPS store in Ocean view is great. Even when there is a 5 to 6 person back up to return things to Amazon, I’m in and out of there in less than five minutes. The owner, John, does a great job, and even when I bring him things that are not an every day item, he does them very carefully and very well. When I brought him some savings bonds to be notarized, he read the directions from the government and found a mistake that I had made. God knows if you send in a government document a mistake it can take years to fix it. Yea John.

I am so sorry about your latest review… But I have to say something and that is the store is fantastic! JOHN is the owner, and he couldn’t be more kind or more helpful or more considerate in so many ways! His wife is magnificent, too! I have known them since they opened the store And I can’t say enough great things about them. I own a business also and they have printed my cards and many other items for years! Brendan is simply the best designer that I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! The most unfriendly staff. Walk in the door and they don’t even acknowledge you. They are always in a bad mood and so unhelpful. They make you feel like it’s your fault they have to do their jobs.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The people who work here are extremely ignorant (including the owner) I just moved to the area, have only been in twice even though after the first time I told myself I wouldn’t go back, I did anyway to give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN - I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes rather than deal with the disrespectful ignorant people who work here. The owner charges for absolutely anything and everything. I was being helped then I was told I had to email a label to their email and have to pay $2.50 for it to be printed - but after my other boxes were scanned and he told me to do that which took maybe 2 minutes max - I stood at the counter for 37 minutes just waiting for the owner to come back over and help me and finish up. He kept looking at me and I kept looking at him like uh yeah I’m done and he kept telling me to hold on and hr just walked around the store doing nothing and talking to people he know, not helping them just talking to them, planning a day to get together when he has off. Then I said again I was done and again he told me “ok give me a minute” again he did absolutely nothing besides stood next to the counter looking around. 37 minutes later he finally prints out my label and was so rude the entire time after he told me I had to email it. He threw the card at me and told me here send it to that email that email right there and pointed on the card and walked away. Then the second time I come in it was 10 minutes before they closed - which I have a toddler and 2 heavy items that I needed help with and I work so I was already stressed because my daughter wasn’t listening I just got home from work and I was rushing trying to get there. As soon as I walk in the door it was the owner and another worker and both of them look at each other and roll their eyes and the owner says to us “you know we close in 10 minutes, so we will take what you have ready and you gotta be out” so I was frantic trying to hurry up get the QR codes up on my phone the kid that was helping me kept slamming his hands on the table and saying “Jesus Christ” under his breathe and told me that two of my items didn’t fit in the box correctly that I brought them in so I had to pay for another box which made me so irked because the first time the owner took half of my stuff out of the boxes I brought everything in and wrapped up and told me they aren’t going to use any of those boxes it all has to come out they will use their own and he never even gave my boxes back to me when he took my items out. So I came in thinking well they are just going to take them out and use their boxes anyway so I’m not going to worry about it fitting in this time. So that was a huge fiasco and the kid at the counters face started getting red because he was going to be stuck there past close I guess I don’t even know. But what I do know is this place needs a new owner and new employees!! People should take their business elsewhere - especially if you are having a rough day because these people will only make it worse for you. I’ve never had such a bad customer experience in my life not even at a restaurant!!! FIND A NEW CAREER if you don’t want to deal with people and you can’t be nice because that’s what you do all day long and if you so miserable then get out of the industry because no one deserves such an unpleasant experience or people taking care of them. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!

I came to review this place like many others, because they provide terrible customer service, and are sarcastic and rude. I had quite a large package and three men behind the counter watched me struggle with it, trying to get it through the door, I was finally successful, but it was very difficult and one of them could’ve easily helped. I tried to make light of the situation by saying that the location should try to get some automatic doors, and Mike behind the counter, suggested that I tell UPS that in a very sarcastic tone, he continued to be unprofessional and rude during my interaction with him, and did not thank me as I left. I would suggest that UPS investigate the owner and employees of the store and try to address the problem before it negatively impacts their brand.
