How can you rate a place that was put here to govern your life and everybody else linked to this state? This is not a rate or to go to place, when you are comfortable. This place is never a place to go to unless you filing for family court. Police send you here because you have fines and cases man.

Error prior review. Walking bike up steps of courthouses and tripped carrying bike up steps. Today I looked closer and indeed there is a ramp closest to the front entrance. 7-12-23. Always be a nice person

The Leonard L. Williams Justice Center (formerly the New Castle County Courthouse) is located on a 5.3-acre site in the City of Wilmington, bordered by 4th, 6th, Walnut and King Streets.
Occupants of the building include the Court of Chancery, Superior Court, Family Court, Court of Common Pleas, Register in Chancery, Prothonotary, Administrative Office of the Courts, Law Library, Filing and Payment Center, Jury, and Capitol Police. The Attorney General, Public Defender and Sheriff also have satellite offices in the Courthouse.
