This is my second chance to best buy in the same day!I went to buy an I pad case . Plenty of employees! All too busy to help customers.When I finally got help. I told him. What I was looking for. I wanted to buy an I pad and case with keyboard.The employee says . I have the I pad pointed at the shelf and said these are the cases!I need a sturdy case due to the work environment it will be in . No offer to get one online,just these are all I have !I decided to speak with a manager and he followed me to the counter and as soon as I started talking he jumped in and started to defend himself!Second best buy and both are terrible service!

My last purchase with Best Buy was for a sale item that took a week to deliver...actually, I had to pick it up at the Altamonte store. When it arrived, they advised me to come in to receive my IPad. I came in and all the slots for picking up orders were filled, so I parked a ways out. When I got in I was sent to the pickup line ( nobody in line, it was difficult to find ). It took about 15 minutes to find my IPad and process it. I tried to find someone to help me find something else, but everyone was busy. I have had major problems trying to get through to humans on their phone system. It is a bit maddening at best. The IPad looks great and my wife was happy to get it for her birthday, so Thank You.

Worst customer service. Geek squad doesn't know apple protection policy. They make me buy a new cable when I didn't need too. This people doesn't know what they are sell

The store at Altamonte springs has changed so much is just a shamed, you can not get the help needed as we used too back in the days, now they have managers that don’t even look at you they look to the floor and when they speak to you they talk down to the floor, that one manager never looked at me in my eyes not even once! I went to exchange my keyboard and got sent to geek squad who had someone in charge that did not even know how to do an exchange and the geek squad manager was not even there on vacation supposedly, but you figure if one manager is out they leave another one who is knowledgeable, but no they leave people there they do not know what they are doing! And what did the floor manager do, nothing! He did not even look at my husband and I, instead he acted as though he was going to help us but instead he took back to geek squad.. And for what! So that they can tell us they don’t know how to do an exchange and that the manager was not there. Terrible! Just terrible! Very unfortunate for all of us who go and buy at Best Buy .

Not busy, but could not find someone to assist. The young man I finally begged for assistance was great, and when we had tried all options without a solution, he went the extra mile and located what I needed on Amazon. Wish I had gotten his name!

Just bought an Apple Watch at 6:09pm. The guy that helped us was great. Didn’t catch his name but he worked the apple area and had black hair and black glasses. The older guy though at the cash register named Eddie I believe, refused to help us but later we saw him grabbing an Apple Watch for another customer. Not sure what his problem was or if he was just being lazy.

I visit this store a lot and I noticed that the inventory is always lacking. Also, it's difficult to find an employee. Because of these things I've only made 2 purchases in store. Everything else you've lost your business to Amazon, or other best buys.

DO NOT BUY ANY VIDEO GAMES FROM THIS BESTBUY!!! I decided to treat myself and buy the new diable 4 on my lunch break. I take it back to the office and like a little kid I had to see the beautiful disc as I'm excited to play it once I'm off work. I open the package first thing I notice the disc is backwards and slight scratched. I turn the disc around and it's a blank disc! of course I call support and surprise surprise once the package is open it's nonreturnable.. how would I have even known something was wrong with the inside of the package without opening it... also when I bought the game it was in the security case.

Went to the store to purchase a car audio system for my daughter and I waited where the audio displays are. After about fifteen minutes I thought well let me see if I can find an employee to help me. I walked up front and saw a poster with a qr code that said go here and sign in for someone to help you. So I did they even ask what color clothes your wearing as well as a hat, or something that may easily help them find you. I waited 42 minutes not only did nobody come anywhere near that part of the store but Ann employee walked right up to the area of speakers with a customer. I asked the guy if had been waiting long and he said he had just gotten there. I mean seriously! That is not only ridiculous but worst customer service EVER. I will never walk back in that store and if you value your time I wouldn’t either.

The geek squad helped me out a good deal and told me what was wrong with my computer. also where I can go to get it fixed for less then it would cost me for them to fix it. thank you, geek squad!
