I live in Apopka & only went to this location because my sons recruiter is in the same plaza (everything happens for a reason). My son had a nice gentleman named Jacob to help him. As my son had many questions about opening a new account, Jacob was very positive, kind, patient and knowledgeable in every way. He explained & helped my son understand every question & concern he had professionally & respectfully. We want to say how much we appreciate & thank Jacob very much!

Despite being a young recent college grad. Jacob was able to help me and was very courteous. He did not make me feel silly or immature for seeking guidance and asking questions about the process of opening accounts and ordering a new debit card.

I liked the customer service today I came to open my account in Chase for the first time and they treated me very well I don't speak English and Melanie Palacios helped me with my account she speaks little Spanish but it's good. Thank you Melanie

There is definitely no good treatment nor the slightest intention to help, I have gone to this agency twice and simply saying that my English is basic they don't even look at your face anymore, cashing a check without having an account with them seems to make them bothers. They need to improve customer service and practice kindness.

Went in today to close 2 first checking and open 2 High School Checking and another 2 savings accounts for all 3 of my kids. It was a long process, but Jacob Hassan made it seem effortless and was great with my kids, making conversation and answering all of their questions. He walked them through so they understood what everything meant and made sure they were all set up on the app. Thank you again, Jacob.

I went to the Chase to cash my weekly paycheck and waited on the drive-thru for about 12-15 minutes because it was after 1 PM. I thought the lobby was closed but I noticed people going in so I parked and went inside and approached the teller and gave him my IDs to cash my check. He then told me that I’d have to present my passport and social security because my debit card was unsigned. I signed it and he cashed it. The reason I’m writing this is because his attitude was bad. He was rude, condescending and dismissive. He snapped his fingers in the air and called for his “lead”. I was shocked! I am sure you can run a tape and confirm my experience. His name was Jacob or Jacobsen. He really needs better training in Customer Service. Had he been a little gentler I wouldn’t be writing this review. I don’t like to call people out but he delivered very poor customer service.

My husband and I had to come together to open a checking because for some reason you can't do this online. it is hard for us to be able to have a time during the day to meet with our schedules and kids. They did not want to help us because they closed in 20 mins. They should provide their services until the time they close.

Awful customer service. I was trying to notarize a paper because chase provide this service if you have an account with the chase. This is my second time in this branch, and they always find excuses do not do it or the wait time is too long. First time they told me that they cannot notarize this paper, and the other branch in Apopka notarized the paper without any problems. The second time I came, they told me that the wait time is 20 minutes when there was only one more customer waiting for something else. Just don’t waist your time to go to this branch, instead go to any other. I won’t come here any more.

The person who was there on Saturday the 18th february was terrible, his attention never wanted to open my account just because I asked him to help me in Spanish, he said no. He was told that he understood a little in English that he used as a translator and he repeatedly refused. Terrible service is not clear that his vocation is customer service, he is a person who speaks Spanish and is racist at the same time.

I have had exceptional experiences with both Joel and Matt at this branch. Today, Matt Asfour spent an hour helping my husband and I get our accounts in order and remove a former owner. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of my time and comfort (I'm 9 months pregnant). I appreciated both his professionalism and his sense of humor. He went above and beyond to help us and we are deeply grateful for his assistance, since we had trouble doing the work on the app and couldn't reach someone via phone. I will definitely continue to recommend this bank. When convenience meets collegiality, it's a win-win for everyone!
