I comparison shopped and went with FWDS after being scared by the poor reviews for Window World, even though they offered a cheaper package. Paige at Window World was great, and worked with me on the price for my 11 replacement windows to keep it within my budget. Additionally they have in-house workers rather than contractors, which is what tipped the scales for me. Extremely happy with the crew that came out - Chris and his team were friendly, clearly knew what they were doing and the installation went great. They were respectful in the house, cleaned up the work areas, and the windows are perfect. No issues with inspection, and I'm so happy everything works and there's no go-back issues I need to deal with. VERY happy I chose FWDS.

Florida Window & Door delivered BEAUTIFUL windows. What a great, easy experience. Luke was wonderful to work with. He always picked up the phone for me and answered all my questions promptly. Everyone in the office was pleasant as well. I highly recommend Florida Window & Door.

Florida Window & Door Solutions replaced a couple smaller windows at my home. They were very easy to work with and accommodated some challenges that came with my move for work during the process. I am very happy with their quality of customer service and the work they did!

I ordered a door from this company March 2024 from Matt. 2 weeks later Matt calls me and tells me he quoted me the incorrect price and needs to change it to a higher price, I was okay with that (everyone makes mistakes).
The end of June I text Matt who tells me he's out of town due to a personal issue and he would contact the company and have someone reach out to me, I got mothing.
The first week of July, I call the company and speak to Levi who tells me my door is being delivered to them that day and he would contact me that week to set up an install date.
It is now July 12, 2024 and I have not heard from Matt, Levi or anyone else from the company regarding my door.
Do yourselves a favor and save yourself the headache and just go with another company. At this time I have contacted my credit card company and asked them to dispute the charge because no one should have to go through this much trouble to get a new door.

I set an appointment with this company last week for a condo that I own. The Condo is in a trust. They could not seem to understand that I was the decision maker. They ended up no-showing the appointment after I drove over an hour to meet them. The questions came up the day of the appointment which is also ridiculous. If they can’t even show up for a quote, I can’t imagine what they would be like to work with. There seems to be many layers of red tape as they wouldn’t let me speak with a manager. I would advise to stay away especially given the fact that I spent so much time on hold just for an appointment to get a quote.

Not very happy with them at all, the door was done right but it was like pulling teeth. I got an estimate on January 2nd, gave them a check for 50% on January 20th and my door didn't get started until April. Levi explained to me the ordering system for the doors. Which SUCKS.... to wait three months for a door when there's doors at Home Depot that can be ordered. The sells guy Levi was great but the office staff sucks. I called to get an update in March because it was taking forever and the phone girl said she would call me back, never called back. I waited two weeks still no call back. I then texted Levi and he was able to give me answers. Levi was the most responsive, I called the office no answers of my calls. I double checked them about my permit it wasn't started yet even in April when I had already given them my check for 50%. Three weeks after that phone call I received a call from Levi telling me the technicians would be there to install the door. Door installed on day promised. Tech Eric, told me he would return the next day to complete the step for the door. I gave him a few days and he still couldn't make it back to my house but went on to other jobs. Another month goes by and nothing was completed. So I call Levi he tells me he'll send a guy out to complete, no one came until May 23rd to complete the step and they didn't paint the step, it's smooth but still not painted. I have to go out and buy paint and do it myself. The inspection guy did not come until May 24th. Granted I did request the step completion guys and the inspection guy to arrive the same day which was the hold up but it shouldn't have taken so long for the step completion guys to come out. ALSO... when the door was installed, they left me with one silver deadbolt and a black and a black knob, which Levi actually came out and installed once I informed him I kept notes of everything that had been going done. The owner of the company should really take a look at how things are run for customers that have a voice and paying over $4,000 for a door. The only reason I kept them is because I got scammed out of half the money before pulling all these teeth. But big thanks to Levi for communicating with me but this company needs to do better.... because customers are paying top dollar for horrible service.

We received quotes from several companies when looking to upgrade our back porch sliding glass door. Florida Windows & Doors Solutions was quick to respond, give us a competitive quote, and we signed the contract.
That’s when it all went downhill:
1. We were quoted 8-10 weeks max and it took 17 weeks. We received little to no communication during this time. Our Sales Rep went nearly 3 weeks without returning texts/calls because he was “always on the road.”
2. When calling to inquire i was told multiple times I’d get an update yet it rarely happened.
3. When the door was finally received and installed, the installation was, and currently is very poor (see pics). They used a high gloss caulking on a Matte Black Door, got black paint on pavers and tile, damaged stucco and drywall and have yet to address a resolution. A service Tech came on April 9 and told me that they’ve had so many issues with this particular installation contractor they fired him.
Since April 9 I’ve followed up twice and have yet to receive a response or resolution - complete silence. I realize some have had great experiences with FWDS but I’d do your due diligence and set very clear expectations with your sales rep on communication and installation.

We ordered these doors about six months ago we paid for half we’ve been giving four different delivery dates. The third time they finally came over but the doors were built wrong. We were giving another delivery date and then of course they didn’t show up again a very unprofessional company. If it wasn’t for my husband, I would cancel the order and go find someone else. hopefully when they do get here, the doors look better than the service has been. I’ll let you know.

There is a salesman named Frank, beware of working with him. He is a dishonest salesman. After he made the sale, he will not answer his phone or texts. It’s been 6 months and I am still waiting for my door. I have called several times and they just tell me to wait. I also ordered a sliding back door, the installation was scheduled many times and when they finally came, work was rushed and dents were placed all over the doors. Damages were documented but no one ever followed up about it. This company charges top dollar for windows and doors. The service is horrible. There is zero communication, service or any follow ups after they take your MONEY! I am filing a report with the BBB. If I don’t get my front door in the next month I am going to file a dispute on my credit card to get my money back because I never got the door! This is the worst supplier in Orlando!!! Be warned, save your money and find a credible company.

Disappointing Experience with Florida Window and Door Solutions: A Cautionary Tale
I recently had the misfortune of engaging Florida Window and Door Solutions for a window replacement project at my home, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. What should have been a straightforward service turned into a debacle that not only left me with a damaged property but also showcased the company's glaring lack of professionalism and accountability.
During their service, the team managed to break a pipe, causing a significant leak that was non-existent prior to their arrival. They quickly “fixed the leak” but failed to turn water back to see if their work was complete. Despite pointing out this unfixed damage promptly, their response was dismissive, and the efforts to rectify the situation were woefully inadequate. They claimed to have fixed the issue, yet failed to provide any tangible evidence of the repair, such as video proof which I specifically requested to confirm the cessation of the leak. This was not just about fixing a pipe; it was about respecting a client's property and ensuring any damages are thoroughly and transparently addressed.
The leak, situated merely inches from where they claimed to have conducted the repair, continued unabated. Their failure to restore the repaired area to its original condition, particularly the missing black foam insulation, spoke volumes about their disregard for the integrity and finish of their work.
When it became clear that they were not going to take responsibility, I was left with no choice but to resolve the issue myself. This involved hiring external professionals and incurring an additional cost of $250 to repair the damage caused by their negligence. My request for reimbursement of these costs, a mere fraction of the inconvenience and frustration endured, has been met with pointing the finger at the client, further solidifying their stance on dodging accountability.
Florida Window and Door Solutions' handling of this situation has been appalling. Their inability to own up to their mistakes, coupled with a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, raises serious questions about their ethics and business practices. Potential customers should think twice before engaging with a company that treats their clients' properties with such disrespect and leaves them out to dry when problems arise.
This experience has been an eye-opener to the importance of thorough vetting before hiring a service provider. Unfortunately, Florida Window and Door Solutions falls woefully short of the standards one would expect from a professional establishment. Buyer beware.

Little to no customer service will not return phone calls The installation of the doors did not pass inspection by the county because of workmanship and I've been waiting 3 months for it to be repaired still no contact with me

The doors are fantastic. I am completely satisfied. The doors had to be made due to odd size so the wait time was a few months. Alex and Steven did the installation and they were super professional and communicated well. And the dogs loved them. Always a bonus :)
Due to the length of time to make the doors Rod the owner called me and communicated with me.
I will definitely have them come and replace my pool sliders next!!
Just be prepared that the wait time for the doors will be lengthy although it is definitely worth the wait.
