Usury. Pure unfettered usury.
I deposited money, they still took their fees. Not one, not two, but 3 overdraft fees at $36 each.
This place seemed really good to bank with. I assure you they are not.
Predatory money making is deplorable. I know this review will do jack to fix the issue. I just hope members of our community will see this before making the mistake of banking here.
I wish I never got involved with Regions. Taking my hard earned money by force is usury.

Naomi Figueroa was an excellent help to me!! Super kind, patient, and understanding in helping me with a suspended zelle account! She even called back later to let me know that everything was taken care of! Really appreciated her!!

I didn’t realize how much I missed the personal touch and connection in business until I visited my local branch. I received a call and voicemail from Lori welcoming me to the bank, and to my surprise, she was the one I met during my visit—something that almost never happens!
I was impressed that Lori recognized my name and remembered reaching out to me. She genuinely cared about my needs and took the time to offer thoughtful recommendations. Because of her, I’m planning to open another account soon!
It’s refreshing to work with a bank where I feel valued and connected, instead of dealing with someone I’ll never meet over the phone or online. I know I’ve found the right place, and I can’t wait to handle more of my banking in person—just the way I like it. #HappyRegionsCustomer

Horrible experiences and unprofessional!I’ve never had to many issues when I go here I’m closing my account.Cashed and Deposit a check and when I told true Teller she asked a lady named Lori Sage I’d she knew who I was. Mind you Lori opened my savings account. How unprofessional was that question and better yet how is a senior relationship banker not know who I am when she opened up my account! Then the Teller said I couldn’t cash the check it had to be deposited straight to my account and I’ve never been told that always when I cash I go through third party. Then she had the nerve that I have to tell her that. Never seen this lady in my life while being a member of Regions Bank at this location. Two I went to figure out why my account was having an issue with what I just cashed the previous day. I was told I have to wait till Monday because the teller messed up don’t go here and open an account go elsewhere to many issues this was the last straw. Horrible customer service and care!

I am very upset that I have not seen Kyle Faulkner at my branch on SR 436 in Altamonte Springs, for 3 weeks. He has been taking care of me for several years. He is an excellent and outstanding representative of your bank and has given me excellent service through the years. What happened to him? I would like to know, please bring him back. No one at the branch has given an explanation of why he is not there. I am a longstanding customer with several accounts at Regions Bank and he has been one of the most knowledgeable and helpful bank employees I have ever dealt with. I really hope he comes back.

In a years time they have messed up my account twice. They double paid a bill that was both large and not even requested but the one time. When I tried to have them put the money back they said yes it's a bank error it will be fixed between 8 and 9 pm but the next morning it was still missing from my account. When I called back they said there is nothing they can do about it yes it is a bank error but they have to just wait and see if it ever posts or maybe it can just drop and the money will show up. What the hell kind of service is this. They mess up and I am supposed to just eat it, yeah I don't think so. Would not recommend Regions to anyone looking for a reliable honest bank.
