Installed incorrectly and took 6 weeks to correct. No way to contact anyone at shop. Customer service reps are unable to do anything but say they are sorry. Often the local shop would not answer their calls. Seems they have gotten too big and automated. Next time I’ll go to a local shop. Only bright spot was Dan, local Safelite rep handling State Farm account - very helpful and communicative. Would have gone elsewhere for correction if not for him.

I had a very easy and pleasant experience with Safelite services, and Mikah was very helpful and communicative during the repair. It was very convenient that Safelite came to my house to repair the windshield. Mikah arrived on time and the windshield repair was very quick. He made sure to give me an overview of the policy and asked if I had any questions regarding the service. If I ever need another windshield repair, I will definitely be using Safelite

Brian E did a fantastic job on my car. I was expecting it to take longer but it didnt! He was super kind and a personality of gold. He made sure I was happy with the install and I left extremely happy. Carlos and Maria were also a big reason for the massive smile I left with. Great people, great service, 5 stars in my book!
