I've been going to this location off and on for years. The employees are always very friendly and helpful when needed.I'm glad they've taken the step to get rid of plastic bags -- if you don't want to pay for a paper one, just bring your own.Also, I think a lot of people fail to realize that they're not ALLOWED to give hair advice. Their job is to help find the product you're trying to locate and to check you out. This is because it's a liability to give advice and when you (an unexperienced person) mess it up you will blame the employee and possibly even try to sue. Please stop blaming the employees and do your OWN research before buying products.

I've been shopping here for a long time and never in my time of shopping here have I had to pay $0.15 for bags. This is ridiculous. This isn't puerto rico that they charge you for bags in every store you go too. But I'm starting to see that trend. So disappointed with what they have started it's not about spending $0.15 it's about spending much more in the store and then have to pay out for a little paper bag. Not happy with their service.

I don’t remember her name but the girl that helped me pick out salon quality products was AWESOME! She grabbed the bleach, toner, dye and then the 3 developers that I needed and explained the ratios.I was gonna drive over and show her today but they’re closed till tomorrow so I hope she sees this.She went above and beyond and deserves that recognition!

I haven't been in thus store in awhile. It looked amazing. SUPER clean and organized. Whoever the new manager is, they need to be recognized. I have been going there off and on for a decade. AND the leave in conditioner the girl told me about was incredible. It smelled good and worked awesome. I usually buy all WOW products, but I still couldn't get my hair super soft. It's called MBIB Tangle Slayer. It's in a black bottle. I got type 3 for curly hair. I highlight my hair, too.

Didn’t have what I was looking for but that’s okay. But what I bought she didn’t offer a bag to walk out the store. When I asked for one she said they did away with the plastic bags and the paper were 15cents. Why wasn’t I told this before the purchase I would have added the bag to my order. More training needed in this retail establishment.

Very clean store. I'm high risk for covid and appreciate that they require masks and have requirements over their sound system that tells people to social distance. Associates very kind.

Didn't have things in stock, numerous thingsI needed, and when asked when the next order would arrive, they said "the truck arrived today". And then when I went to pay for the few things I was able to get, it was like the sales associate couldn't wait to get far away from me. I dont stink, I'm not sick, and I was never rude. If its like that, then don't work with the public if you don't want to be around people.

Rude employees and the employees literally talked/ laughed the entire time at the front of the store while customers were shopping. Very unprofessional and will be looking for a new Sally’s nearby.

You have to notice some stuff. You may buy cosmetics that are not sealed; then you may not be compensated; due to the fact that you are unable to reach customer service. In service workers cannot compensate you or give an exchange.

I have been in Panera watching potential customer after customer find that this Sallys is closed. There is a sign on the door that states "will be back in 30 min" however it's been close to an hour now. There would have been 6-10 customers who would have potentially purchased something. I guess profits, customer service, and community engagement is not a priority for this establishment.

I’ve never been to a Sally’s establishment and had no type of customer service provided. I asked for help and the lady just straight looked at me and ignored me and attended another customer. So rude and unprofessional. I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me and I just walked off and left.
