Target pick up for the win ! I am disabled and have three kids so going inside is tough for me.They make it so easy and are super friendly, so much I've become friends with everyone that works there!They come out in a timely manner, are always polite and you are in and out!There's lots of spots and I've never seen them all filled but even if they were they are fast enough to get you out quickly.And the vets part, there's no extra fee for drive up!

This target is on the smaller side like the Walmart down the street. I was happy living in this area because I had this target and a Walmart but they are both so small they should be a Neighborhood Walmart. There are not many lanes and it gets backed up fast if they do not have more than 4 lanes open. The self check was backed up a little too but started moving faster. I wish they had the Target Cafeteria though because I enjoy those slushies and popcorn. All they have is Starbucks and the line for that was in the way of trying to get out of the checkout lines. I'll definitely go back but disappointed in the size because I LOVE Target. Also funny story.. I was standing in line and then a lane opened and I followed the lady in front of me. I had 3/4 items and this woman who was standing in a different line but was next to me, tries to turn her cart into my line and says "May I?" , I said "Ma'am I have 3 items." (She had a cart of 10/15 items) Absolutely not ma'am.

There is an employee named Chris H that works at this Target .. We love him! He has a great smile and always laughs and is cheerful when we speak ! Target needs to value these employees that make it a habit of making people feel welcome and wanted ! Chris keep on being you Your a fine young man and happy to see you there when we shop at the Lake Mary store !!

My, my, my if it isn't the racist KP (old lady with eyeglasses) at the Return/Exchange Service Desk. I purchased an item that I wanted to exchange for something else and you had the audacity to say they don't do exchanges when I had the paper receipt. Maybe you should have asked for my identification next time, target app and the card that was used but you were always quick to judge. I just didn't wanna deal with your white priveleged smug face so I said OK. Just so you know, this is Altamonte Springs-- a little more progressive than the Casselberry store where your redneck attitude came from. Just plain nasty with a whip of racist demeanor. Perfect combination. Why hasn't Target caught wind? Just ask her former coworkers. They'll attest how bitchy she is. You bring bad energy to this store. Hey KP, you are more suited for the stockroom my dear. Preferably, graveyard shift so no one has to deal with that stank attitude.

I checked on the Target site that an item was available in this store but not in any others near me so I drove out to Altamonte Springs. Found a parking spot, walked in and the item was not available. Checked on the in store scanner system which indicated the item was not available in store or anywhere else. Great. Drove out there for nothing. The online site needs to be as updated as their instore scanning system to avoid situations like this. If you see the picture it still states that what I was seeking is still available in Altamonte.

After a hiatus from shopping at Target, my wife and I have found this year the plentiful options available at this chain, especially in the home section. The Magnolia Collection area always requires a walk through by my wife. The mens clothing, the grocery options, and the $1 area (the tiny dollar store, as I call it) are just a few reasons to keep checking what Target has to offer. Self-checkout lanes are a bonus and move fairly quickly when the cashier lines back up. I have used the Target app for ordering, pick up, and using the reward $$ I've earned through other purchases, and, found it worth keeping on the limited amount of GB on my phone. At this store, the customer service has been exceptional and friendly from assisting us in ordering an item, to picking up an online order, or for aiding in finding merchandise within the store. To aid the energy in walking around the store, an in-store Starbucks provides most of the drink options - caffeinated and non-caff - available at stand-alone locations, if not all. I'm not much for shopping in stores these days with the exception of food and warehouse-type retail, but Target definitely is an exception.

This Target location is always busy and the parking lot can be a pain to get out of. They recently remodeled so it's clean and bright. I'm a big fan of self/checkout and these always seem to be the shortest lines. I definitely recommend getting the Target app and join Target Circle because you can get some really great discounts and coupons. And if you get their store credit card there's a discount on every purchase and if you use it for an online order your order ships free. These have saved me so much money!

This was my first time attending the Altamonte Target and it was a pleasant experience. All employees were following COVID procedures and were very helpful locating items. I would like to give a special thank you to Sepanta for helping me find everything I needed. He asked to assist me which I found very kind. He was knowledgable and friendly unlike other associates at different stores I've been to. I enjoyed my experience shopping at target and will be back again soon!!!

I have several issues with this store and have addressed with management to no avail. First off, there are always some sort of team stocking shelves and blocking isles at peek times. The staff (Not sure if they work for target) are very rude and will not move out of the way to let you get something off the shelves. In fact, they act annoyed that you are even in their way. They also put things in the wrong spot just to fill an empty shelf which results in the next problem. The 2nd major issues is, 35% of the prices on the shelves are incorrect. I have had to resort to using a price checking kiosk before going to check out and in on instance where I called for a manager, the price on the shelf said an item was $4.99 but the item rang up $9.99.

First off I was racially profiled and I would like to say I've never had an issue with this particular target before but now I have a huge issue and I would like to tell my story. I left work I came home my grandson was here visiting for three days so of course I wanted to buy him something and my daughter also wanted to go back to target after visiting target earlier in the day to purchase some items for her room she spent over $200 for curbside. He loves target so I wanted to take him back so as we got in the car we went into target we started shopping around for items he picked up what he wanted I was OK with what he picked out we were on FaceTime with my younger daughter because she also wanted to get him something as well and we picked up an item for him so in all we picked up three total items from the toy department we proceeded on to the grocery department or marketplace I should say. They were pretty big items that really almost didn't fit in the shopping cart but we made them work out we proceeded to the market Place area picked out some Capri Suns two boxes to be exact my daughter wanted a frozen lasagna we picked out some raspberries my grandson wanted as well and I picked up some bananas and we proceeded up towards the front of the store we needed or were looking for batteries and we couldn't find them so my daughter went up to the front and asked a lady in the makeup area where I picked up spray bleach, and asked where the batteries were and the lady on the front and it advised my daughter where the batteries were towards the back of the store so she took my grandson with her then I proceeded on looking through the children's clothing and then I went to the shoe area. I didn't stay in that area long I just wanted to see kind of what they had so I look for some shoes for me I didn't find anything I'll look for some shoes for him and didn't find any in his size that I could that he liked so we just ended up leaving the store I'm sorry heading towards the front of the store to check out the only thing open at the time because it was after nine was the self check out there was a black gentleman or I should say cashier front end manager whatever he was in a red shirt brown pants at the area helping another black gentleman check out with the self check out I had no idea what was going on maybe he just had some issues but he was helping him he was bagging some items for him and that was it I didn't really think anything about it I just left it alone so my daughter took some items that she wanted to pay for it out of the shopping cart and she started to pay for those items after my grandson was almost ran over by a white lady with the shopping cart. My daughter mentioned something to her and she kind of rolled her eyes and she just kept going I was going to say something but I left it alone because I know how I get my things like that. So has she began scanning her items no one offered any assistance or anything and they were big items so I was taking those items back and I was putting them in the shopping cart and then I was taking the items that I was going to purchase and put them on the silver part of the self check out as I started to look around I started to see more people in the store started to kind of come around and act very suspicious there were two white people that came in the back part of me and then there was two in the front neither one of them offered any assistance they never said anything to us they just basically acted as though they were doing something and having small talk as if they were watching us obviously that's exactly what they were doing so they started to watch us and kept watching us and never said anything to us so at that point I got irritated and I told my daughter take your receipt because you have paid for your items and let me pay for my items because I will have a receipt as well there were a total of 17 items in my shopping cart and they were all accounted for on my receipt after I realized what was going on I got aggra

Who the hell hired this racist and sarcastic POS Nate from Mobile Tech department. Your sheer incompetence matches how heavy you look. When you were told you were wrong instead of apologizing you have the audacity to tell me to leave the store. You don't get to play God for causing incovenience. The Black guy in red target shirt that works in Tech department is so much nicer. Nate, with all your fat and white privilege, you think you are doing a customer like me a favor. I've seen this lard before in different store visits and he has the same demeanor-- NASTY. Everyone here in Altamonte Target is nice with the exception of NATE from MOBILE TECH DEPARTMENT. Remove this garbage. He's better suited for a job that doesn't interact with people. Good thing the nice people at customer service was able to help.

I hope you are not looking to purchase a Playstation 5 here anytime soon. It looks like they are letting their employees purchase them first then try and resale them to customers in the store at a marked up price. I went in just to ask about leaving a deposit on one when one of their employees tried to low key sell me one at a marked up price right there at the cash register. I reached out to a manager with no concerns there, then online and have heard nothing.
