i purchased over $300 of cclothing on Line. I picked up the items last week and had no issue getting bags last Sunday to carry the clothes from the Mall to my car.This Sunday I was given 1 bag and was told they didn't have enough bags but if I had purchased from the store I could get more. I had to return half the clothes because I could not carry them from the store to my car.I told the Manager Corporate would hear from me, so hopefully they can teach their employees how to provide better Customer Service.I also lost my reward bucks in all the chaos that was caused by me having to return several items. I'm sure my business will be welcomed elsewhere!

Just left this store. Terrible customer service. The cashier started texting on her phone while checking me out. Very unprofessional. I came to this location because didn’t feel like driving all the way to the outlet mall.

I will tell you everything and all the reason why this store sucks.. for all unethical scams to racism to false policies and very unprofessional rude behavior. So I bought pair of shoe for my toddler. So uncomfortable I can't even put it on. So I took it back. First time, They said I can't do return without card we used. Ok I drove 20 miles one way with the gas prices so high. Took time off from work. The girl at the register didn't give me my receipt back. I realized it when I was on a way to pick my child form a daycare. Then I went back with the card. Do they said they can give me only store credit since I don't have receipt. What the ***#^.. both employees came at me. I asked to speak to manager she came at me in high tone. I got so intimidated. I wanted to speak to store manager. They didn't give me right name and with so unprofessional attitude. Then she left and never came out. Why stores are so scam nowadays. But when they go bankrupt they want taxpayer to bail them out. Pathetic. It's reminder why I never shopped or will shop from places like that..

I was never received such poor customer service at this location. On 06/4/22 I walked into the store to exchange a pair of shorts which were too small for my daughter. I was told it would be fine to make exchange without the receipt. However the store didn't the same pair of shorts but I could get another pair as long as it was the same price. I was told I had to confirm with the manager (Robert) first. Robert was very rude at first but he said it was okay. I just brushed the first interaction off because because he was busy and there were children running around screaming. I collected more item and began to check out and cashiering stated she was having issues with the refund so she stated she needed help. Robert was very set up, he had to come from the back to assist her and he told me he could no longer accommodate my exchange since the item is on sale now. Robert's tone was very disrespectful. The cashier did everything she could to try to assist me with issue.The cashier turned to Robert and ask what can we do her since the wrong information was provided to her. He replied rudely nothing. Then me and Robert began to exchange words about his attitude. I told I had no problem arguing with him since he wanted to he rude and I was going to report him to corporate. He stated he didn't care. Both of cashier stated he has done exchange like that before and know what the problem was. This issue need to be addressed with him. I would never step foot back into that store.

Children's Place emailed me to support Pride Month. I am not sure if they are aware that their products are for children, mostly babies/toddlers...are they trying to encourage my little 16 month old boy to become a girl? Or saying that he has the wrong gender? They need to stay out of politics. I've told my family and friends to stop shopping here. I just can't comprehend that their store is into making clothes for little boys and little girls and by supporting this cause they are essentially telling these children that they are the wrong gender and that they need to wear clothes of the opposite gender. This is just so crazy to me.

Purchased some clothes for my daughter online before Christmas. Website stated that if you signed up for their credit card you would get an additional 30% off your order so I did. Then it stated you had to pay with that credit card once approved and the 30% will then come off the bill. Needless to say it never did. I tried emailing customer support TWICE with no response. Finally I called to speak with someone who did not speak great English. She tried telling me that the 30% off coupon would come in my email 24 hours later to be used. It never did. So now I signed up for their card for no reason, they claim they can't issue that 30% on my current order and now I have to place an additional order to use it. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I would give a zero star if I can. I ordered clothes online and I noticed the address was wrong so I called the customer service to see if they can change the address for me. This lady said she can cancel the order for me and the order was cancelled, she told me to replace another order so I did. Eventually they double charged me and don’t want to deal with my refund and the customer service was very unprofessional. I called them 3 times with 3 different people and they gave me 3 different answers. I will never purchase anything from them ever.

Terrible customer service, ALL the employees were rude, not a friendly environment at all. It goes beyond a bad review, the people that work there are simply horrible. I genuinely feel sorry for how pathetic they are.

Went there on Dec 10,2020 at around 4PM spent max 8 minutes there, did not find the pants I wanted so was trying to find something similar to test its material (for a school uniform). The associates are not helpful, giving poker faces, and I heard one of them saying surprisingly that she already responded to my question! This associate had no clue that if the question is repeated to another associate then we are not positive of the answer we got from her! I got really offended of how I was treated and left at once.

Super packed store. While this means that they have a lot of merchandise, it also means no space for strollers. When the baby clothes section is in the back, this is pretty much impossible to shop unless one of us stands out front with the stroller. Seems odd for a place that sells children's clothes.The store itself is pretty organized. The stacks are sometimes messy, but that could easily be just a customer making a mess. They always seem short staffed here too, with usually only one associate in the store.The prices are okay, but wait for a seasonal sale or markdowns. They always come around.Overall: B-Too overcrowded with limited movement space but lots of merch.

It is June 10th.. I have spent the past three days and have not been able to get ahold of anybody either by phone or through email and I have issues with my orders. Your customer service department needs to respond to emails and I don't know what's going on with your phone system but it keeps hanging up.
