I was a personal training client. The gym stole un-used sessions each month. The gym over billed my credit card for months. Zero customer service. Corporate office refused to make any calls back , refused to return any emailsManagement within the gym refused to call back or making any adjustments. They forward / deflect any complaints to corporate office which did nothing. Horrible management. *The personal trainer Brandon was amazing sad he has to suffer for poor management

The gym itself is great, equipment is up to par, staff is friendly for the most part. But I have been to multiple gyms EOS, Amped, 24, Esporta, LA Fitness. And I have never in my life been put through so many hoops JUST to cancel a membership. They try to trap you, years ago I had an issue when I went to cancel in location. They charged a cancelation fee of 10 plus the actual service fee. Now fast forward 4 years down the line I thought things have changed and it's actually worse off now. For starters, they apparently can no longer cancel in the gym anymore at all. They also hike the prices up I was told my the General MANAGER Alex that I owed over 50 dollars to cancel. And I had to call some automated system that loops you around, after running through the loophole I got through in the begging of November since I had moved I canceled. They put me pending for cancellation and made me pay Nov, Dec, and tried to make me pay January. To find out all I needed to pay was 16 dollars and to find out the locations GM had no idea what he was talking about. This is the worst and most difficult experience I’ve had just trying to cancel a membership I will not be going back to youfit. Simply off of this

Great gym. Things aren't broken and it's not crowded when I go.

Extremely important that you read EVERYTHING in their said contract. Don't miss the piece about needing to buy out your contract. They rope you in with low membership fee saying 2 ppl can work out for $30/month for the summer but what they fail to tell you or mention is that you are on the hook for an entire year. Love these kinds of shady business practices and then they are like, oh yeah, you signed a contract. One of the major things you learn growing up is read the fine print. That's fine. You got me this time but you will never see me back in your establishment again!

Signed up for a 6 month trainer. In those 6 months 2 of my assigned trainers have quit. Not one of them told me about a 30 day notice once the time was up. Youfit is allowed to switch me trainers but I just can’t quit if I don’t enjoy who I’m signed up with. My 6 months is up and I’m being penalized with another monthly charge with a new trainer I never wanted it. I can just get shuffled around but when I ask to just cancel because I don’t wanna meet another trainer I get reprimanded.

Do not go if you are a morning workout person. This is the 3rd time in the last 2 months that I showed up at 5:45AM to work out, and no one was there. Mind you, they are supposed to open at 5AM. After calling and asking to cancel, they said I can't cancel because I am under contract for 5 more months. Last I checked, a contract is a 2 way street, and they didn't hold up their end.

I will begin with the reason why YouFit Altamonte didn't get many stars from me: you can't rely on their class schedule. The instructors may or may not show up, and there is never notification when a class is cancelled. Does the management realize that some people became members primarily because of the classes, and some finish work early or get a babysitter just so they can be at a class? Just today, for the third time in the past few weeks, I made great effort to be at a class, only to have a no-show instructor for cycling class. Crappy! On the positive side, this gym is clean and well maintained, with lots of equipment in good shape. And for the most part, friendly staff.

Youfit has lot to offer but unfortunately today when going to my morning routine. I was so shocked that being suck a big gym, I would think the logistics would be better. I dont think I have ever seen this happen in a gym.

This location is dirty & unkept. The floors, stairs, ect are filthy. Countless times the sanitizing sprays and paper towels are empty. The women’s bathroom is a disgusting most days.Weights are not re racked. They are routinely left on the machine or at best thrown on the floor next to the machine. Fed up after just a few months at YouFit Altamonte Springs.

This location is very clean. It gets crowded in the evening, but it's still not hard to get a machine. They have monkey bars here, too, which is very fun

Facility is incredibly nice, well ventilated unlike some other gyms in the area. I signed up to do group classes, mostly HIIT. However, since I started nine weeks ago, eight of the weeks the instructor they have assigned for Thursday has taken herself off of the class. The explanation always given is “for an emergency“, yet most Thursdays I see that instructor there doing personal training sessions instead. And the one time of these nine weeks at the class was held it was a whopping 15 minutes long.Another trainer has offered to pick that class up but he was told management will not allow him to take on another class because some policy either that he has enough classes already or this other person have to have some classes signed by policy, it’s not entirely clear. If you have an instructor who clearly doesn’t want to do the group fitness class, let another instructor take their place! I brought this up to some manager, not sure what his exact position is, multiple times and they kept telling me things will be fixed in June yet here we are at the end of June and there’s been exactly one Thursday class. My goal is to do five group classes a week.Everything else is a five star rated gym and when or if they decide to let another person take over this class I will be glad to fix the rating. Also, look closely at your data or hire someone who understands data like me to do it for you. Here’s a free piece of data analysis; You have two 1 hour HIIT classes per week and those are by far the most subscribed classes. Increase the amount of one hour classes!Edit: I spoke with the trainer that was previously doing Thursday classes and she said she was not the one taking it off the schedule. So I'm not entirely sure what is going on. Getting mixed info versus what management said.

I was on vacation from out of state for a few days so I got a 3-day pass to this location. This place was stupendous! Two stories, sooooo many different weight machines, and great squat racks and deadlift platforms! The staff was so friendly, too. I felt very welcomed. I also loved that they sell bottled protein shakes. If I had a YouFit near me, I’d definitely become a member.

It's all about the people. The staff always greets you with a smile. The clientele is young ,old, buff, and not so much..(present company included) I'm getting training with Dan. He's a good guy, always checking with me. Making sure he isn't killing me. Wish they had a pickle ball court or 3
