i recently spent time on anna maria island for some much needed healing. i received 2 massages by therapist lisa w. as a massage therapist with over 30 years experience myself, i was SO pleased to receive a massage from another therapist with 30 years experience. Lisa was SO GOOD! truly, it was perfect in every way, and i couldn't be more happy with it. i plan to be there every year and will request her every time. she was very professional, personable, comforting, and delivered a massage with just the right pressure. she really worked to relieve a lot of tightness and pain in my neck, shoulders, back, forearms, and feet. thanks lisa! see you next year!

My husband and I had a couples massage with Caegan and Teresa this morning and it was amazing! The pressure was perfect and we feel so relaxed. We will definitely book more massages in the future :)

I visited Caegan Quimby @ Body & Sol on Anna Maria today. This place has such a zen vibe, very relaxing from the time you walk in. I highly recommend Caegan!! He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional! I wanted a relaxing massage and I can say I was seconds away from full slumber! He spent a good deal of time with wonderful pressure and technique on my neck and shoulders~my trouble spots. It’s been a couple hours and I still feel wonderfully relaxed. Whether you’re from here or a visitor like myself, Caegan is your guy:)

Clean, quiet spa space. I had a 60-minute facial and a 20-minute manicure. Both technicians did an excellent job and I would use either one of them again. The facial products were locally made. The grapefruit cleanser had the feel of a peel and was a bit tingly due to the vitamin C. I am giving a 4 instead of a 5 because the website and paper brochure stated the 60-minute facial included a hand massage and I was not given one.

Such a great experience! My massage with Caegan was probably the best I have ever had (that would be LOTS of massages over my 70 years). He is truly an artist. I then had a pedicure from Anna, also amazing. Again, she is very gentle and sensitive, and my feet now look and feel fabulous ?

You are I. The hands of experts here. The owner, Amanda, is talented, intuitive and effective with her work. Quite possibly the best massage I’ve had and I didn’t ask for what I needed - she could tell. Highly recommend.

Our group had three 75 minute massages and two 45 minute massages. They were very accommodating and were able to get all five of us on the same day with three days notice. The spa is quaint and very clean. They have a small waiting area and water and tea available. We all started on time and the massages were the full allotted time, unlike other spa massages, the full 75 or 45 minutes we had were hands on time. While we all agreed the massages were nice, it was clear some were better than others. We all had a different experience. One of us was cold while others had a heating pad on the table to keep us comfortable. Two of us had music playing so softly on a cell phone and you could hear the music from the adjoining rooms. The other three had normal spa music loud enough to drown everything else out. It didn't bother us necessarily but it was odd. Two of us had the lights very bright and three had them dimmed so it was more relaxing for them. One of us had one limb completely forgotten about. For my massage I was defined relaxed at the end but it was definitely different than any massage I've ever had. Usually massage therapists work on one side and then do the same on the opposite side, for this massage it wasn't anything like that. Each side of my back was treated differently and each limb was treated differently. I found it very odd and hard to relax. I would ask for Michelle or Karley as those who were massaged by them had the best experience.

So grateful for body and sol spa for working in two tourists with poor time management. After getting schedules mixed up, we called in to see if we could get in on the same day, as the rest of our week was taken up with other commitments. Usually when you try stuff like this you'll get the tone from the employee that comes off as "I don't want to but my manager is standing right here, so yes" but that was not the case here. They were more than happy to take us within the hour. For two people who hadn't had massages before, this was quite the experience. Extremely relaxing experience with a pleasant, soothing environment. We had such a pleasant conversation with our masseuses, who were both locals. Boy 45 minutes can fly by. Would highly recommend, especially if you're on your honeymoon like we were!

Run, don’t walk to see Caegan here! I am a massage junkie so I’m a tough critic but he was amazing!It’s hard for me to get masseuses that will press hard enough but he had super strong hands. Also loved that he massaged my face and scalp!

I am local and really disappointed in my experience at Body & Sol. My husband and I were planning a relaxing spa day and upon getting there there was an extremely loud customer getting their nails done in an open room, swearing and talking inappropriately in conversation with the nail tech and other workers. Once we entered the room for massage, the LMT's had our appointment times confused and we were stuck waiting to find out if they could still accommodate us. Once they seemingly sorted out the scheduling conflict, we received a couples massage. One of the LMT's phone was on vibrate, and continued to vibrate throughout our entire experience. It was confusing as to why they wouldn't have proactively adjusted their phone. When we got out of our massage, they again had an administrative error, having charged another client's visit to our card incorrectly. We provided a different card for them to use, and asked that they reverse the charge on the card they charged another client on. I understand mistakes happen, but expected to have a relaxing experience that was instead, extremely stressful. Having to worry about administrative mistakes was less than ideal, not to mention when I went to check my bank statement- they never reversed the charge. They let me know on January 14th that their owner would reverse the charge right away (it's now January 24th so I have had to dispute the charge with my credit company.) During this time, their obnoxious customer who was continuing to speak offensively and inappropriately was booming through the entire room- not once did anyone try to diffuse that, to preserve a business like environment for other customers. I would not visit here again.I understand that this business is responsive to reviews, but I question whether they understand the value of accountability for their mistakes.
