I love this clinic! As a first-time puppy owner, I had a lot of questions, and every team member took all the time I needed to feel comfortable and have all my questions answered. The compassionate care that they extend not only to my new puppy, but to me as well, is absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend the team at Bear Lake Veterinary Clinic! Oh, and I am also impressed with their appointment availability and reasonable pricing!

What a wonderful experience for my little kitty Cinderella. Her usual vet is on leave so I had to find another vet and I was very impressed. The whole team was so kind and knowledgeable. Through the exam they were so calming that Cinderella was fine despite the necessary proding. The office is lovely and fresh smelling. Complete with a long window seat in the exam office that makes the consultation very comfortable. The attention to detail is seen even in the paw print tiles on the floor and that attention extends to their practice. Thank you for making Cinderella very comfortable during an exam that could have been stressful.

Been going here for five years. The doctors here care about the animals. Tends to be a bit expensive on costs, but it tends to be everything these days. They have a bit more of the equipment needed for exams or surgery. No boarding here but in Apopka they have a boarding facility.

I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Campbell for several years. Jessica at the front desk is always patience and caring and always able to answer my many questions. Dr Campbell and the vet tech are very gentle and loving toward my pets. Toward the end of life, she is there to offer sympathy and it is obvious how much she cares for our pets. Give her a try. You won't be disappointed.

I used Dr. Campbell when she was at another clinic in Longwood. I am so glad to hear that she has her own clinic and I will look forward to taking my furry friends to her again. I am disappointed that you are not open on Sat.or so the website says. I need to make an appointment for my senior kitty ASAP but will try again.

Our Bruno had his first visit here yesterday and I brought my toddler along for the ride. They were SO friendly, accomodating and kind. The gave me estimates before doing anything and didnt give me a hard time AT ALL about not doing everything suggested.. even had a tech help me out to my car with Bruno. SO FRIENDLY. Everyone had a smile on their face, the office was clean and organized. We are excited to have a vet so close to home that seems to love our Bruno as much as we do!

What an amazing Staff! Every person that works here is friendly, informative and caring! I even called with some after questions about our puppy and the staff was so sweet on the phone and answered every question and never made me feel bad about asking silly questions. They even offered to have my daughter shadow one day because she wants to be a Veterinarian!

Dr. Thomas demonstrated genuine warmth and caring for my cat Emo during his visit, treating him as if he were her own pet! After asking many questions and being a great listener, she provided an expert diagnosis and treatment for my fur baby. He's feeling so much better now! ?

Dr. Campbell at Bear Lake Veterinary Clinic is the best veterinarian. She has been the vet for 20 years for all my dogs. When I move to Daytona, I travelled the 45 minutes back to the Orlando area to her. When I moved to Jacksonville, I had all my important treatments done by her. Now that I am back in the Orlando area it just means I don't have to go as far :) Her entire staff are caring, compassionate people. I happily recommend Bear Lake to all.
