Wes , the General manager of this store was less than helpful for my Mother-in-Law.As a General Manager of a store, I would reevaluate who you have as your customer service representative.If you look through your reviews you will see that this is not the first negative review of your location Because of a single employee .I intend to contact the corporate office on Monday .There’s training that can be given . He had a condescending tone. Not willing to take the time to care of a customer. What could have taken him a few minutes to help her understand and help her to make a decision on whether she wanted to continue with her order.In a world that is all becoming so automated customer service is now becoming obsolete.Wes needs to learn empathy and compassion for his customers.Take the time to help your customers. It doesn’t take that much time to do.Honestly, he is the last person I would have in his position. Very unprofessional.Now at Office Depot Matt , Sales Manager , far superior service and helpful. Wes , you could come here and get some pointers!!

Please read your reviews. The manager, Wes, at this store is an extremely arrogant, RUDE, and unpleasant person. You have one person who has ruined the reputation of your store. The definition of customer service is "an individual who interacts with customers on behalf of a company or organization in order to provide help for resolving any issues or inquiries they may have", and this person definitely not fit for this position. He has no respect, or understanding and he absolutely does not have a pleasant personality. No wonder your store is empty. Rumor has it your company is going out of business. I am NOT surprised.

If I could give zero stars to this place, I would this place is absolute trash. Yes, this place is horrible the way that the manager Mr. big man Wes treated my grandmother today has me fuming!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere. HOPE YOU HAVE THE DAY YOU DESERVE!!!

Should have read the reviews before coming here. DO NOT DO TSA PRECHECK HERE. I was given incorrect information as to what I would need by the employee, then treated incredibly rudely by the woman when I came in for my appointment. Acted like I was inconveniencing her, and then tried to blame me for being given the wrong information. This woman should not be working with people. Nobody here knows what they’re doing and when called out on it then just try and blame you. Well, they lost out on hundreds of dollars because they can’t get their act together. I wasted a chunk of my day driving here. Went to Office Depot, was told the RIGHT information as to what I would need to bring and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Avoid this place.

I needed to return my purchase from Amazon and I went to this Staples. Sadly, I found out they don’t tape up boxes or do anything to keep the returns safe, even when I asked. Amazon site suggests Staples will box items up or I assumed at least tape my box shut. My return is a mirror so when I pushed the guy, he offered a plastic bag to put it in. I am not comfortable with their customer returns, and I will not go back there.

Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Michelle from TSA pre check was very rude and unkind. She definitely shouldn’t work with people. Went to go tell a manager and Wes was also rude and unprofessional. He told me to go to another store if I didn’t like her attitude and re-enacted a stereotypical angry black woman as if that’s the way I behave.If you want good customer service and a stress free experience do not book and/or shop at this location.

Okay, so my Daughters went to their TSA apointment there, the apointment was11:40 however my daughters got there at 11:49 as they were lost, the TSA precheck worker named MICHELLE didn’t greet them, she asked them did you have an appointment?they said yes. She told them sit down. Okay no problem, at this time she continue to see people around 7 people was seen. Now it’s after 1pm my daughters went to ask how much longer would her wait be, lousy she said YOU WAS LATE. By 10 minutes other people need to be taking care of, she kept going on and on. My daughters went to the manager to voice their concern of how rude she was. While I was in the phone with one of my girls the store manager told my daughter, If you have a problem with her attitude then you can go find another staples. IM HEARING HIM SAY THIS. he repeated it twice and my daughter stated he rolled his eyes and neck as if he was doing the stereotypical “ black woman attitude” my daughters was so hurt. They just left.all this for asking how much longer would it be. Had my daughters argued with either one of them they would be the “ BAD GUYS” but I teach them to still maintain kindness and be polite. The manger name is WES.

The service in this store has steadily declined until it is almost nonexistent. Could not get them to put a simple piece of tape on a box to send it back to Amazon. They have never had a problem with this before. They wanted me to buy one of their overpriced rolls of tape and use it, then they would take the box. When I told the manager he just shrugged his shoulders when I lost my cool and told him this particular store had really bad service. Apparently as long as they get paid they don't really care if the customer is happy or not.

zero rating. staples employees refused to assist disabled person with a cane. jason made person walk long way with no assistance requested by person. jason refused store refund of a store credit, he said sorry with a smile.

I went for my TSA pass. It took 5 minutes and the process was easy. Wish I knew they did this years ago.

first time in your store and will surely never visit again. employees very aggressive and zero phone ettiequte. everyone looked pretty miserable in here all I needed was an Amazon return. Plenty of other locations to do this.

Went to Staples for TSA PreCheck for wife. The (TSA? Staples?) Employee 'Michelle' was rude & acted like she was a cop. "You go over there!" even though I was shopping - Hello! It's a Store! - and waiting for wife to come out of rest room. [TSA 'booth' is next to restroom entry.] So are TRAVEL Aides, bags, suitcases!Then, she messed up the entry into computer & blamed my wife. Who never touched it! We finally got it done. Hopefully ...

Step 1. Learn how to speak when answering a business phone. Step 2. Saying “I dunno what we carry, you gotta come in” is not helpful. Step 3. Learn how to put people on hold without disconnecting them four times.
