Awful ! Poor managment, wouldn't take 100 dollar bill. Talking among themselves with 4 customers, waiting. I REALLY DONT CARE, about so and so s bathroom break , and waiting to train her on a return internet purchase. Messy front of the store. Ie tomatoe plant overturned. I liked the plants I purchased. By nature I did mention. How I thought they suxed. 💰😒

I live a little away from this location, so this is my first time coming here. I've been purchasing chick's from tractor supply for 10 years in port charlotte. However I've had a hard time catching them before they sell out. So I called Arcadia and although the staff wouldn't tell me if they had a good amount of chick's or not, they did say they had a batch. My husband drove an hour there and when he got there, they had 3 left. He said they didn't look good, but the lady tapped them and they perked up so he took them. This was around noon today. We have already lost one chick and another is holding on for dear life with care. 1 out of 3 healthy and alert is concerning. In the 10 years I've been purchasing, I might have had a total of 3 pass. Not happy. I know life happens and they can't control a loss, but it seems that this would or should have been caught.
We just lost the 2nd. 3rd dying this am. This is ridiculous!
Thank you for the response. We are not driving another 2 hours for $15. However I spoke to the manager, who shared that USPS neglectfully held their chick's hours beyond what they should have and all of the babies were deathly dehydrated. I pray this is the accurate reasoning and I didn't bring any illnesses to my family and other animals. I will say when I first spoke to them, they asked me to bring the chick's back for a refund. You may want to share this information with your stores.

Terrible customer service, workers would rather socialize with one another than help. Asked numerous times for an item and was told it’s “over in that area”. Would rather drive 20 miles in another town than to go again.

I use this store personally and professionally, its not perfect as the inventory will fluctuate and sometimes they will be out of products. This only shows me that a lot of people in this community are using them for similar needs. The staff is friendly and depending on when you go they have some very specialized staff that is helpful in finding new products.

The chainsaw I bought works great.
With that aside, I am now getting notifications from ADP that someone is toying with my personal information. Adp is the companies payroll system.
This is a very serious security threat, and nobody had time to talk to me. So I'll happily leave this here.

Screw this place. I went to get a propane tank filled and the lazy little girl outside would not fill it because it had a little rust spot on the bottom. Never going here again.

I’m from Naples , but the service here is great , everyone asked if I needed help & was super friendly. Also answered my questions about my account. I wish the Tractor Supply in Naples was like this one … My store in Naples could use some training from this store. Very happy.
