Terrible service and a very racist place ,I’ll been going to mavis for 25 years but after this experience ohhh noo I’m disgusted with this workers here , I was the only costumer and still had to wait almost 3 hours, the vibe was just not right 🙄🤡

I’ve been a customer at this location for the last 3 years and they’ve always treated me right and have great customer service. Mavis has gone above on beyond! Special shout out to Jake & the GM for their assistance! With most mechanics you go in with your guards up, already feeling like a dollar sign & being a woman walking into a “man’s” world need I say more. However here at Mavis they treat you like a human being, they care and work with you! Jake, thank you again for all your help! You Rock!

Absolutely highly recommend...have been to them twice now very friendly and honest which is hard to find. Very fair pricing and dont try to sell you on stuff you dont need. If I wasnt moving out of state I would be a life long customer here.

I called they said don’t need appointment for balance and rotation for your tires I said ok are you sure they said no it will be 30 40 min only I said ok be there at 5:30 tomorrow. There was a lady at the counter ask her to please go get the man I was talking to she came back after asking the men out there they said they didn’t remember talking to me. I said ok never mind let’s just it the stuff done she took our info left the counter never came back to left us how long or nothing. I been sitting here for hour still no truck and no one came to talk to us still. There’s half working the other half sitting around and talking with the lady that was at the counter outside. We stopped going to pep boys because of the little kids that work there and I was thinking this one had few good reviews let’s try but never go back. Also there was another customer ask how to put the tv the lady at the counter said the Remote is right there. Yea he could not get the TV on. Like i said bad customer service at this place. not telling people to come here. I could take pic but there keep liking in when they are all chilling and talking. I took pic to show there was two men working in the back that is all the one at the computer talked and did nothing but that. They was smoking in the shop the one on the computer and the lady.
