“AAA sent us here when my car broke down out of town. We could not have handpicked a better auto shop to fix my car. They knew that we were stuck and did their best to get us back on the road quickly. They had to overnight parts to themselves and even take a trip to Mobile to get an extra part. They gave us hotel recommendations since we needed to spend the night. Dolly even offered to come pick me up when the car was ready! They kept in contact with us and let us know their progress. Doug and Dolly were so accommodating, so if ever in the area and you need service go to Gary Sapp Auto!!!”

“We went in for service and were impressed with the timely troubleshooting and repair. Although they offered a loaner, it wasn’t needed as the issue was resolved in under two hours. However, we had to track down the service manager to get an update; they should improve communication with waiting customers. No issues since!”

“Excellent and super-fast service. Brought my car in late Friday, and by the following Monday they finish troubleshooting my 1966 Ford Mustang's electrical system and repaired it. Amazing!
The connectors between the the alternator and battery wires were the culprit. After driving my car and returning home, the battery discharged roughly 0.5 V. Not making a good connection. I had to charge the battery every 2-3 days.
Over more than a year, my mechanic twice tried to determine the cause of the electrical problem, but was unsuccessful.
Took my car back a week later for exhaust fumes entering the cabin. They identified the source. Coming through the drain holes in the bottom of the trunk and then via the back seat. Also, the tailpipes needed to be extended a few inches below and beyond the rear valance.”
“My first experience at Honda was horrible and then about a week late Shane one of the managers called me and he was very helpful very professional and got me exactly what I wanted and he couldn’t do the paperwork part so he had to get me a new salesman and she was wonderful Cynthia Sarikaya I absolutely loved working with those two!”

“I cannot let my experience with DeBroux Automotive pass without posting a comment on this business. My daughter attends college in Pensacola and is 1.5 hours from our home. She recently called, upset that her car was running very poorly as she was driving to work late one afternoon. She couldn't really articulate the problem and was getting more upset as the call went on.
I instructed her to pull into the closest parking lot while I looked online for some assistance. My Google search revealed DeBroux Automotive near her location. When I called, Rodney, the owner, answered on the second ring. He listened patiently,then instructed me to direct her to his shop, offering driving directions and a helpful description of his building. Rodney told me he would meet her in the parking lot and give her 2020 VW Tiguan a quick look to see if he could determine the problem. Mind you, this was 45 minutes before his advertised closing time.
When my daughter arrived 15 minutes later, she was greeted by Rodney and he examined the car as promised. He ran a computer scan which revealed 10 error codes (!). Without going into great detail of the problem, suffice it to say that, simply by asking me a few questions, he determined the cause and proposed a possible solution.
RodnY asked us to leave her car overnight so that he could work on it in the morning. He told me he would call me in the morning to update me on the status. He then waited past his closing time for my daughter's friend to arrive to give her a eide back to her dorm.
The next morning, everything happened according to Rodney's statements. He initiated a phone call late morning to advise me that he had worked on the car and that his suspicions were confirmed. He had already applied the fix and the car was ready for my daughter to pick it up. Cost? $90.
I told Rodney how frustrating it was to have my little girl far away when she need my help and that I appreciated the care and attention he provided. He told me that his daughter was in college a couple states away, so he understands how I felt.
I was fortunate to find DeBroux Automotive when I needed them. Rodney is a skilled mechanic, a great father and a solid man.”
“I requested an oil change and tire rotation. While doing their routine inspection of the vehicle, both my engine air filter and cabinet filter were noted as very dirty, which they definitely were. So, in addition to the oil change and tire rotation I chose to replace both of the dirty filters. The service was exceptional and the individual who wrote up the service order was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, a very positive experience and I will return for future maintenance needs.”
