This organization has a mission to help everyone! I came across during a search I made online. I wanted to donate some pantry items. What I like the most is that they make it easy and simple to drop off donations. They have tons of workers that are polite and grateful. I love the sense of community and unity they provide. I wish I can volunteer in the near future. Check their website for more information.

I was referred to Boca Helping Hands by 211, who informed me that your organization had funding available. When I called, however, I was met with rudeness and dismissal by Susan, the staff member who answered the phone.
Instead of asking any questions or showing empathy, she immediately began with: “We don’t have funding for this, and we don’t have funding for that.” Her tone was irritated and unprofessional. When I explained that I was only calling because 211 gave me your number, she became defensive and argumentative. She even refused to provide me with the director’s or a proper contact person’s name.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. People who reach out to your organization are often already stressed, vulnerable, and struggling. A lack of compassion and poor customer service only makes matters worse. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and discriminated against.
I am requesting that this matter be addressed, and that staff be reminded of the importance of professionalism, empathy, and respect when speaking with individuals seeking help. Your mission should reflect care and support, not hostility.

This is the Food Pantry for the Boca Raton area. They provide essentials....can help you tremendously if you are a Medicaid or Medicare recipient. You can go once a month. The food is healthy, clean, and fresh!

I had made a Mike delivery in that area and 3 palettes were refused for boxes having a few drops of water on them. They really helped me out by taking them off my truck so I could pick up my next load. I will definitely call them for now on. Thank u guys for all u do for the community . You are appreciated 👏

I need to let you know how great your organization is! I am part of a great group called Leadership Boca, where a group of about 40 of us through the Boca Chamber of Commerce go around every other week and learn about Boca and Palm Beach County.
This past Wednesday we had our non-profit day and we had the opportunity to come here.
My family, Real Estate team and I have volunteered here many times and every time we do we are moved. Whether it is helping pack the bags out back or passing out bags at the drive through, this place makes such a huge difference. Thank you for all you do!!

This place is not a place of God, the hours posted r not correct, they wouldn't give me anything, u have to have a car, the lady in charge was an absolute demon, God has a special place for people like this.
