Howie, my health care Hero! I had gotten myself into the wrong medicare program when I first joined in 2022. When i called into the Health Exchange Agency, and got Howard Goldman on the phone, I immediately knew I was speaking to the right person. He worked tireless with me, and would not give up on me until he got me approved and in the best possible program. Throughout the entire process he remained available and responsive. Given the great service I received, I will be calling him in the future years to come. I cannot thank him enough.
