Maria is literally amazing! Her customer service is exceptional! Very knowledgeable and straight forward! She was very nice and welcoming and extremely helpful! I had a bunch of questions and she answered every single one in the kindest way! You can tell she is proud of her job and she knows what she’s talking about. I’m sure she’s THE best in her position! Nowadays, it’s so hard to find nice people I’m so glad I got to speak to such a lovely representative! She deserves recognition and a raise haha 10/10 would recommend her to anyone looking for an insurance agent :)

I recently made an accounting error and needed help straightening it out. Peter Arts, the fellow who took my call, kept me informed at every step of the process and was a great help in resolving my issue. In this day and age, it's nice to know that I can count on a business that is sincerely interested in helping its customers.

Been with this location for years. They have saved me over 1500 a year on my homeowners insurance and take care of me with my vehicles. Maria is amazing

I have been a customer of State Farm for well over 10 years. Recently my car was totaled. I called the office and informed them that I no longer had a car and no longer need to be insurance. There seem to be a communication problem ! I stopped paying the Bill. as I did not have a vehicle for a couple of months. I was looking for another car and when I found one, it was a Saturday and I used the after hours State Farm people to try and set up new insurance for my new vehicle and they would not give me insurance based on the fact that my insurance was canceled for nonpayment. However, the State Farm billing department had already told me that they would refund my February payment because I did not have a vehicle to ensure.
In order to drive my new car off the lot I had to go with a different insurance agency and they were close to $70 a month or less and State Farm

Geoff was super helpful! We inquired about an HO6 policy for our condo over a year ago but SF couldn’t offer the coverage. Their capabilities opened up so Geoff reached out today to see if we were still interested. Got a quote and signed up in less than an hour. He was very insightful answering our questions, made sure we weren’t missing any coverage, and saved us some money!

people beware. Ro is never in the office, the two women who work here- provide the WORST customer service you will ever receive. RO- if you train your staff to hang up on clients- good job you just lost them to competitors.
