Today I was helped by Louis. He gave me a detailed quote about fixing my two front rotors and brakes. He also tried to help get me the best possible price. I asked for the car to be serviced fast and they were able to finish everything in a hour. I was very happy with the result and will continue to bring my vehicles here when needed. I made an appointment and that time was honored.

I have been going to this location for over 20 years..15 years of that it has been run by Armand the now store Manager.. The staff is amazing , the customer care , of both the car and how the customer is treated is above and beyond any other T.K which is now Mavis.. The location is the way it is because of Armand (The Coach) and the support of his team . I gave 5 stars to a place that actually deserves 5 stars ..

Visiting this location is always awesome when Dwight is working. He is very polite, courteous and professional. He provides outstanding customer service. I would like to thank Mr. Dwight W. For his great customer service. He was very polite, took time to explain the differences in car oil. Which helped me make the best choice for my vehicle. I am so greatful for that because the moment I was driving down the street I felt a big difference. He even informed me on my next oil change date. The service I received from him will definitely have me come back for more service. Yes, I will recommend this location to family and friends. I am very satisfied and my SUV rides like new. Have been going here for years. Armand, the manager, along with his employees, are so helpful, friendly and honest. They never try to "upsell" you. Always a great and easy experience. Would recommend them to anyone.

Been coming here for about 6 years now and they have been my primary service center for not only my Altima, but my 4 series and new 3 series. Always specific with service, knowledgeable on what they’re doing and Armond does well at managing the store overall.

I got two flat tires at the same time hitting something sharp in the road and drove up to tire Kingdom 2 minutes before closing and Josh, Alex, & Brendan and their team stayed late to get me back on the road with new tires at a great price. They went over and above the call of duty, with great work and excellent customer service.

Went in for two tires at 3:45 was told it would take two hours and that they would call me when ready. I Confirmed they had correct phone number and left. Two hours pass without a call or text. Got a ride at 6:10 shop was closed with my car inside. Needless to say I lost a night and morning of pay. Being a homehealth nurse we need our vehicles. Management was very rude said I should of Ubered to all my patients and offered me 25 dollars! Side note New hours they close at 6pm not 7pm mon-friday and they will close shop without even calling you. Leaving you stranded!

Very rude manager- Armand. Does not care about making his customers happy. Took no accountability for their negligence and blamed it on their customer. Awful awful customer service.

In town for a funeral and ended up with a flat tire the day before we had to leave. They gave us a great deal and we were out in less than an hour so we could make the drive back home. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a blowout and we’re heading back home to NC and these guys got us in and out in an hour! Very friendly and fast service. Highly recommend these guys!
